Meat Stop Plus — Local services in Willingboro Township

I had went into the Meat Stop Plus for my Mother in Law to buy hoagies. When I got to the case in front of the deli in the back of this store, a worker with hoagies in her hands had walked in front of me while I was looking at the selection of hoagies & without greeting me and/ or acknowledging me reached over right in front of me to place hoagies into the case. I thought she was extremely rude, unkind, very unprofessional & a disgrace not only to her employer but to woman in general. Who behaves like this that has a job working in the public, for the public & acts as if it is not in her job details to greet customers & be polite? She was very rude & she is quite fortunate that I did not let her know how rudely offensive her lack of manners & professionalism were! If you do not do your job properly there is always someone willing to do your job better than you! Be grateful that you have a job! Go get some training on respect young lady. You canNOT trust them! Please believe me! They sell expired and even old stinky meats that they cover up with some kind of 'special seasoning'! Yea right! In April i bought a package of Johnsonville beer n brats. 18 count for $3.99. Couldn't resist the price but I KNEW BETTER! So, there was no expiration date on them so I went and ask the meat man why? He couldn't give an explanation, just stood there looking stupid. Before cooking them, something (had to be God!!!) told me to call Johnsonville. After taking a picture and giving him the code off the front, He almost hollered..."mam please DO NOT eat the product because it's been expired a year"! I have reported them again to USDA and giving you a warning! Half the frozen foods and shelf products are old as H! Always look for current dates! It's a shame that so many people trust them because they're trying to feed a family or just don't have the money to go elsewhere....

I have enjoyed shopping here for several years now. The staff is pleasant and the prices are exceptional. On occasion, I have bought brand named items at 1/3 the cost of the regular stores. They have a variety of meats, seafood's, frozen veggies and a deli. They also have usual food for the adventurous!! :-) Yes, they do have yogurt at a VERY low price and yes, you have to look at the expiration dates. I have used the yogurt for up to two weeks pass the date.......I liveth!!! LOL!! The store is neat and organized. You will however have to go up every aisle and quickly scan to see what is available. Once you get a feel for the store, it's much easier to know which aisle to choose for quicker shopping and you will have to go often because they sometimes sell some merchandise quickly. Enjoy the...
