Seafood Haven — Restaurant in Willingboro Township

My first visit to Seafood Haven

I was on location Hosting a live music show in the back room which holds ~50ppl at tables, tall tables and half booths.

Located in Willingboro NJ a diverse community. The area is well developed in close proximity to I295, Rte 130 and the NJ Turnpike.

The restaurant is located in a 80's era large strip center on a busy 2 lane road. The strip center is dated and in need of some maintenance and upgrades, both are indicative to Seafood Haven. Plenty of surface parking, handicap accessible entrance.

The staff and ownership are very pleasant and willing to accommodate. I had fried chicken wingettes, Whiting fish and fries. Portions were very large. I shared with 2 other people and had leftovers. I am not sure if this is normal or part of the live show special. I wish the combo came with other side choices, this could have been an error on my part when ordering.

Cook times were long with no clear way of delivering the food so I checked in a few times. Maybe table service for events would help.

The food was very tasty, well seasoned and a very good value.

On my way out at 10pm people were coming in and a line was established ready to place orders.

In closing I would eat here again and if your in the area and want fried seafood I would say check it out. Be patient check out the photos on the wall while you wait.

First time visit...... this place is a hidden gem!! I accidentally stubbled upon Seafood Haven thinking I was ordering from a different seafood spot. Seafood Haven is a small seafood spot on the corner in a small strip off Bev-rancocas road in Willingboro. We ordered 4 Bedrock platters and as we waited Tony( the owner) hooked us up with his PURE WHITE HENNESSY WINGS and OMG I have never ever tasted wings as delicious as these. The food portion in our Bedrock platters were healthy and flavorful!!! We ALL kept bragging about how delicious the food taste with ever bite. This is the BEST seafood I’ve EVER eaten in Willingboro. Tony was very personable and shared his family’s restaurant history with us as well as joked about his secret ingredients in his wings. He made us feel and took care of us like we were regular customers. I felt guilty for not visiting years ago. This will definitely be our new go to spot for seafood. They also have a small lounge in the back where they have Karaoke night and every first Saturday of the month they have Reggae night. We happened to be there on Saturday night was was able to enjoy the music as we waited. Thank you Tony for blessing us with Seafood Haven from NY (1967) to Willingboro!!! I am a repeat patron but this is my first review for seafood haven. I apologize for not having pictures for you this time. I moved too fast because I was hungry and let me tell you the fish, shrimp and fries hit the spot. I ordered the family hook-up which was perfectly seasoned and delicious! The fish, shrimp and fries were hot and fresh! I like my seafood clean and fresh! My family enjoyed the food as always and the portion in the tray was enough to feed four or more people and have leftovers which I will be having with brunch today. The shrimp was a nice size. Great deal! I recommend you also try the salmon cheesesteak sandwiches they are mouth watering along with the bedrock platter which is a seafood boil with shrimp, crab, corn, carrots, beef kielbasa, broccoli, potatoes, seasoned with garlic butter and old bay seasoning…its my daughter’s favorite. I’m trying the hickory glazed salmon next and will keep you all posted. Try them you won’t be disappointed.
