NO. 1 Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Willingboro Township

This place deserves 0 stars but because I have to give one to leave the review, there it is. I ordered the 8 piece garlic wings and the 8 piece buffalo wings with the sauce on the side for both orders. I paid and picked up my order and recieved only 8 wings and the sauces on the side.

When I called to tell them my order was wrong I was told that I recieved 4 wings for each order and that if I split them in half there would be 8 wings. I told him no that would be 4 wings split in half and I need the other 8 wings that I ordered according to the menu of which he hung up on me.

I returned the wings to the restaurant and asked him to explain how 4 wings magically becomes 8 and he said, it's 8 because the woman didn't split it in half to make it 8 and because I ordered my wings on the side it makes it a whole wing which would be 8 because it wasn't split in half. I told him that didn't make any sense and he told me that that's how it is and kept walking away as if he didn't care with hearing what I had to say and he laughed saying thats how all the restaurants do it. I told him I had never experienced that going to any other place and if I order 8 wings I expect to get 8 wings, of which he laughed and I told them I wanted my money back.

I'll never order from here again, not only because I was being cheated out of my order but because who ever that male was that I spoke to, he didn't care to hear my concern or care to talk to me like I was worth hearing. If you want to be disrespected as a paying customer... This is the...

Me and family love their food but as of lately we have stop ordering from them because we feel we’re force to leave a tip. We usually give cash tips when we can, but if I’m paying over the phone with my card and you ask do I want to add tip I say no. “You Say No Tip?” As if we’re required, and i normally tip just because but to make someone feel forced it’s unprofessional and when they deliver your food they hand the receipt for you to sign then they look to see if you gave them a tip first before they hand you your food. Food was delicious. Ordered 2 lunch specials- shrimp lo mein and shrimp mei fun. Great job!

Then I ordered 2 chicken wing platters and a general tso chicken platter. HORRIBLE. Now the food tasted good but a platter comes with rice. They gave us the small container of white rice- JUST THE 1. Paid 60 dollars and we didn't even get all of our food.

Also the chicken wings we ordered, weren't the right ones. Last time we ordered from them we received actual wings with the little tail end and everything. This time we got little wing dings.
