I need to let everyone know about the amazing experience I had at Riddle’s Jewelry store in Williston . I had a ring that belong to my mom , rest in peace that was over a 100 years old . If you can imagine how this ring look ,all the wear and tear over the years but it didn’t matter to me because it was a sentimental value to me . I been wearing this ring for 20 years now and it was on it last leg . The prawns on the ring that hold my mothers birthstone two of them was broken and I was afraid I was going to loose the stone . I walk into Riddle’s Jewelry store and spoke with Davy the owner and ask him what I can do about fixing this ring . Davy the owner told me not to worry he would have the ring looking brand new not only he was the owner of the store but him and his employees do the repairs also on site . I put my trust in him and his crew . One week later I came back for the ring , I did not recognize the ring not only I thought the prawns were broken it was also suppose to have diamond chips on the side of the ring that I never knew about . Davy added the diamond on both sides of the ring . The ring look absolutely gorgeous I keep staring at my finger I am so amazed . I was looking for a small cross for my goddaughter baptism, and just like the rest of the world I was on a budget. I spoke to Davy Daniel’s the manager and showed him couple crosses I looked at from other companies, and he said not to worry and look no further that he would personally make me one from scratch, I told him honestly I’m only looking to spend $100 on a cross, surprisingly he didn’t even flinch at me or make me feel not worthy of his time, because I do understand that I wasn’t a big ticket item. Well with no delay he made me one with in 2 days and even took couple photos of the process and send it to me while he was making it, which I thought was really kool, I was actually able to share those photos with my goddaughters father which we thought was pretty neat… well thank you Davy for helping out in these uncertain times and smooth process, you bring hope...

First of all this 2 ladies were very PROFESSIONAL. I'm thankful for taking care of my needs rite away. I had some jewelry that I took to some jewelry place in town, they had my stuff for 2 weeks already, went today to see if they were ready n they were like nop we gonna be working on your stuff till the 15th n I was like can u do it sooner than that she said yeah but with a 35 dlls rush charge per item, I was like dayummmm so nop I took my stuff and left. Later I find out about this place so I went there, and literally Monica took 10 mins to fix mi ring so I was like wow this is awesome, left my other stuff there to get clean n polish.
