Culver’s — Restaurant in Williston

I am not going to give Culver's a 1 star rating because of the fact that their food is decent, however the reason I will not be giving them anything above a 2 star rating is because there have been many instances where my chicken was left undercooked and inedible. I would typically order the Buffalo Chicken Tenders, as well as the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, and on multiple occasions I have had to throw my food away completely after biting into it and realizing that it is still raw in some areas/undercooked. I should also note, that as an ex-employee, this hasn't only happened to me, and is in fact a common occurrence. I worked as a cashier/server for a couple months, and I had a couple customers come up to me asking me to send the food back and have it cooked for a bit longer as their chicken was still raw. It was absolutely embarrassing, but not surprising as it happened a lot more than I'd like to admit. The same thing happened to my mother when she ordered the regular crispy chicken sandwich. Just got home from Culver's. My husband ordered a triple burger, with everything but cheese, and my grandson ordered a deluxe double burger. My husband got a DOUBLE burger WITH cheese and my grandson didn't get cheese or onions on his deluxe burger. We PAID for a triple burger. I spoke to "Linda" who went to her manager about the triple burger being only a double burger and was told because my husband had already eaten most of the burger, they were sorry but there was nothing they could do. She told me I should have gone to the till right away if I realized there was a problem and I told her to look at the line up of people standing waiting to order. She said I should have gone to the other till and then proceeded to tell me how I should have told them what was wrong with my order. I had already been at the other "till" to ask for a cup for water and the guy there didn't speak one word to me but I was expected to go back to the that till and allow this same guy to be rude again to me? The manager would do nothing about it and Linda spoke to me like I was 2 years old. I will never step foot in that...

Excellent experience at Culver's! My kids are surprisingly not big fan's of fast food burger places. They would just much rather have a homemade burger and most of the time dont feel good after we go to McDonalds or Hardee's. We decided to try this place having never been there before and take a chance. It was amazing. My kids and I agree the burgers taste like homemade and no yummy trouble after! We had amazing service and the gentalmen that assisted us at the drive through was amzing about helping us new timers out ordering. Very friendly staff compared to a lot of other places we have eaten since coming to Williston. Also decided to try the custard, which was so good. We had to only wait a short while for a food compared to other places and it was more then worth the wait. We also had no mistakes on our order and recieved all our food! Overall I highly recommend this place at the top for fast food in Williston on taste and service! Thank you Culver's in Williston and staff for a great experience. We will for sure...
