I went to a benefit for a freind at this Eagles Club. Like most of these clubs, the building is showing its age. There are a lot of steps, so those with mobility challenges may find it hard, if not impossible to get to the event. There is a bar downstairs that is kept pretty nice. My bartender was not the most friendly person, but maybe she was having a bad day? The atmosphere in the main event room could use an update, but these kind of places are rarely able to come up with the finances to do that sort of thing so it is to be expected that it just is what it is.
