Intuition Brewing — Restaurant in Willmar

Intuition Brewing has such a cozy and welcoming atmosphere! Their service is fantastic, and even better is the beer! My favorite was the Sermon Sour! It is not overly tart or overly sweet. Truly the perfect brew! If you are an IPA fan, you’ll love their IPAs! RUEPA was my favorite as it is a bit lighter of an IPA (which I prefer), though if you prefer more of the hoppy taste, you’ll really enjoy their Collective Hazy IPA. The Coffee Cream Ale is just wonderful. I expected a stout, but as an ale, it is light with a well balanced coffee flavor. And the most surprising is the hoppy water! Awesome beer, service, and atmosphere. We were there for the soft opening and everything was great about the whole experience. Definitely will be a regular stop when I'm in town.

I am a hazy ipa guy and theirs is fantastic. The best one I have had in the area in a very long time or ever in my opinion! All of the beer tasted fresh, clean and you can tell it was brewed with expertise. A must stop brewery and one worth traveling for.
