Move out update July 2023- I cannot say enough about how helpful and patient the staff have been in regards to me moving out and I have been a pain in the butt but they have still been very helpful very thoughtful and they’ve gone out of their way to make sure I was OK. I appreciate these people and, the patience that they’ve had for me it gives me hope in humanity. You are not just a tenant here. They actually do care about you and will help you in anyway that they can as long as you can communicate with them! Thank you Trisha, and thank you Claudia from the bottom of my heart!

Absolutely stunning! I am so thankful that we were able to snag one of the beautiful townhomes. I cannot say enough about how patient and lovely the staff have been during the moving process. Very family oriented and it is extremely close to schools as well as downtown. There are no words to describe how elated I was to be welcomed by the staff and to be able to move in, with the staffs help, as soon as possible as I am a single mother. There’s always something to do, the amenities are endless and again brand new. I love this place already! I think my eight year old loves it more! He has made so many friends we learned that many of his classmates live here so very exciting journey...

I moved here in November of last year and even tho I really wanted a apartment with a patio and a down stairs unit because I have a very active 3yr old I love it here it’s so quiet for the most part always clean my neighbors are amazing and friendly I love my office manager Trisha even the mateince guys are awesome and always get the job done when I put in any work order they are here with in 24 hours the only issue I had was parking but now that’s solved and I’m happy it’s in a great area lots of stores around right by the freeway and always see deers day and night they are so pretty the best part everyone is friendly to my son and I don’t know another place where you pay 1500 for a 2 bedroom 2 bath that’s a brand new apartment complex and nobody lived in it before you also I didn’t have to pay any deposit when I moved in until I can buy me a home I’ll be...
