I would not recommend this place to anybody the night time crew is about as rude as they can get he always trying to close at 9:30 9:45 when they specifically close at 10:00 but they say they're not going to work that late but they still get paid that way isn't that stealing time I don't think that's okay they never want to sell any cigarettes or any tobacco products after 9:00 they never want to help out do anything so you always got something to say and then they don't say anything when you confront them and then just stand behind the counter like they're big and bad just very unprofessional I don't get it I've seen so many people come and go from this place and the last 4 years that I've lived out here I just think it's time for a change all the way around it's not fair for the paying customers to have to deal with such incompetence up there mainly the African American guy is a older African American lady to the new African-American lady who just started she is great she is kind she is awesome she needs more authority because other people need to be more like her other ones need to get out of their damn attitude and have some respect for the customers that are paying...

This family dollar is a hot mess the management never keeps the floors all restrooms disinfected or clean just on last week talk to Hispanic manager female, she wasn't managed material she used foul language when I dress the question concerning the floors had not been clean mop or swept in weeks it was a hot mess walking on trash trying to pay for items when asked her do they sweep and mop in the store her response was Hell....the the people stop bring they dogs in here messing on the floor just maybe the floors can stay mop.thats a lie I stated Since the store been here the floors have always been nasty and I thought her her attitude was very out of tack very unprofessional I think Hutchins deserve a cleaner store after all we're the ones that voted for the family Dollar to do business here in Hutchins I think we as Hutchins residents should stand up and not tolerate nasty stores nasty attitudes from managers in stores if the people will complain we could have a...

Stephanie and some other silly immature girl were just rude and extremely incompetent. What do you need to know to swipe a bar code, a degree. These people do not care about their jobs or doing it, customer service has been dead at these places. I wanted a refund since promo coupon not being honored. She then banned me from store as if I cared, there's one on every corner. She literally called 911 and made a false report when there was absolutely NO CRIME. I made sure the cops made a report so I can follow up on false report, they agreed. Family Dollar is NOTORIOUS for false promos, bed bugs, rats and downtrodden employees so no big deal but the cops. Well Dollar General's employees across the street said Stephanie was beat up recently. That explains her calling the police haphazardly, she's apparently scared. I guarantee you she got beat up because she's just rude in a CUSTOMER SERVICE...
