If I could give FedEx a zero this time around I would. Let’s just say I will only use USPS from now on. I shipped a package second day air for a job to Texas, it was supposed to arrive in two days to the destination to be driven to Mississippi. Not only did they lose it but by the time they found it three days later it had been damaged and was being rerouted back to my home despite directions to ship to a hotel in Texas 5 miles away for my job. I called every single day to check on and reroute this package and spoke with representatives in the Philippines call center who could only leave messages regarding my directions. This package was supposed to arrive in TX from MD on 7/21… I just received it yesterday 7/26, in MD and as you can see from my photo they just threw things in a new box without any padding to keep things from bouncing around in the box. I always cringe when I order online and see FedEx will deliver. It’s a 50/50 chance I get my package. Today I heard the truck looked out the window and saw the woman running towards my house. This is the worst delivery service. For some reason if your package cost 50 dollars or more it never reaches you. This has happened on numerous occasions. First they will say it was delivered. Than they will come back and say it was damage d and sent back . Can this be a coincende any packages of value is either alwayslost or damage. For real...
