Usually my order is prompt. I ordered through my Sonic app. When I arrived I was the only one in the parking lot and one car was at the pick up window. I observed a long unkempt haired girl in the kitchen area slurping on a drink and chatting with another employee. She was facing the parking lot. I kept waiting and waiting. We finally parked in a stall only to realize that the machine was broken. I got out of my car and walked over to the stall that was occupied by the empty vehicle and used it to notify the staff that we'd arrived. Unfortunately, we still didn't receive our food until 30 minutes later. We watched at least a dozen cars come and go through the drive thru lane, while we sat there waiting for an excessively long time to receive our order that we'd placed over 45 minutes prior.
