Super high HOA fees, poorly ran, and nothing gets done unless it’s just half way. No one will return your calls, fix anything, or take things seriously. The bylaws are just mere suggestions. Poor money and time management. The management company is a complete joke as is the board. The members of the board only do what’s best for them. The gutters are too small, the parking lot sucks, we are supposed to have a gate, haven’t had one in years, need new roofs, things leak more often than not. Poorly built. Very noisy. Drainage is non existent. People speed through the parking lot come in and use our dumpsters without being a resident. It’s a cluster. The pool is half way decent, but people break in and break the rules, and the pool is pretty much dirty no matter how much they clean. This review is being generous. I would give them 0...

If u are looking to stay here it is a good choice. The only thing that I have to complain about is that if u have kids they have to walk all the way to the start of the nehborhood for the bus. When I was who's there there was a house that got struck by lightning and they were rebuilding it. It took a long time and I don't know if they're done now but it was really loud and annoying to people...
