Initially went in and purchased a midnight blue sectional and queen mattress all with no issues. Pleasant saleaman, Marco or Mario, I believe his name was. Upon delivery (after a 2 week wait) they were unable to get the sectional in my door because of the corner piece. The delivery guys tried for over 25 minutes but just couldn't get it to work. They both informed me that if I went back to the store and purchased just a sofa and loveseat it would be absolutely no problem. My aunt and I immediately left and went to Brandywine Furniture. Marco was standing out front with the rest of the sales people when we arrived and I said we are here to.pick new stuff, he laughed and walked away mumbling that new stuff wouldn't fit. We sat at his desk where he proceeded to smurk and laugh over this situation as I told him the delivery guys said sofa and loveseat would be absolutely no problem to get in period he insisted that nothing would fit in my condo except for two love seats and he was unwilling to show me any other pieces of furniture. He kept saying delivery guys had no business telling me what would fit. Huh? Thats what they do for a living, I think they would know. At that point I requested a refund. He became very loud, ignorant and rude while pretending to call the owners about a refund. My Aunt and I stood at the desk and listened to him lie to the owners where I had to actually threaten to bring the police in order to get my refund. We left Brandywine Furniture and immediately went to Bob's Furniture at Brandywine Town Center. What a wonderful experience, I now have a beautiful sectional in my condo twice as big as the one Brandywine was offering in under 3 days as opposed to 2 weeks. A much better price, a much better experience and a much better warranty. Don't ever shop at Brandywine Furniture they are a complete rip off and know nothing about customer service. Disgusting!!! I purchased two dressers for my daughter. Marco is very pleasant and knowledgeable. However, Christy is very rude and appears to not like the public, which makes the total experience not worth it. I had the option of shopping here or Cohen's due to Marco I chose Brandywine. I will never shop here again for whatever reason Christy takes her role as (owner) to a whole different level. She speaks very down to you and by my experience with her has a sense of entitlement that is not for customers. Very POOR customer service on her behalf and it is extremely sad. I worked hard to become who I am and be able to afford anything I want and refuse to let someone like Christy make me feel anything less. I asked for a Supervisor or Management and was told flat out no, well as a paying customer I have ever right to request that. When I asked for a corporate phone number or higher up contact I was told "this is a family business". My family has their own business as well and would never conduct ourselves in such a manner. Just a word of advise employee training is definitely needed. It is a shame because as stated previously...

We found a really nice living room set and a cocktail table with only one end table to match. We found another end table. Upon the delivery which took up to three weeks because of issues they had with the warehouse. Our reclining loveseat was damaged and one end table was missing. After hearing a bunch of excuses and passing the buck, we had to go.back to the store to pick out another end table which low and behold they had the match to our cocktail table in Stock. Of course they charged us more money to pick it up ourselves and assembled it ourselves. The sales person was a total jerk. He was nasty as hell. Jimmy our original sales person was not there but wrote our order incorrect which caused all of this confusion. Lack of customer service and support. Very unprofessional.
