I made my appointment for 4 pm. I ended up getting to Hollywood Nails at 3:30pm and said if you have availability we can start how. Bam a tech starts on my toes does the cleaning process and then gets up and starts on another person. I sat in the chair for ten minutes and I finally asked who is painting my toes. Oh someone will be with you in a moment an additional 20 minutes pass and I’m still sitting there I got up and said I’m not waiting anymore. The owner wanted to charge me $38 I said nah I’ll give you $20. My appointment was at 4 pm it’s 5pm and I’m not even polished. I don’t care if I had to wait an additional 5 minutes I was out. Hollywood already robbed me for my time I will not give them more of my time and then money. As an owner he should have done more and communicated better you clearly saw me sitting there. That is an hour and a half I will not get back. Taking my business elsewhere. Lavish nails here I come and they serve you...

I've been coming here for 6 yrs on and off. The price went up but the quality did not. My daughter got a pedicure and manicure it cost 35$. Her nails were still dirty. Her toes were fine. My pedicure started off fine but literally 2 hours later I was not happy. I asked for a orange black and gold design w a white background. First she tried a pumpkin it did not have gold. It didn't look like pumpkin. So then she filed part of the polish away which was gel and cured and then put 2 more layers of white making it super thick. Then made 2 orange line's and 2 black lines and asked if I liked it still no gold or real design. I was so frustrated I think I cried to refrain from being directly disrespectful. I would not go back . I go out of my way 2 hours to come here. I have waited over an hour and never minded. There was no wait and was beyond disappointed. Pedi cost 50$ w gel. I’ve been going to Hollywood since they opened. At the beginning it was a little congested and always packed. Now they’ve gotten really professional. Appointments required is always a plus. The clientele is upscale however every now and then someone ratchetness comes thru. Vinnie (the owner )don’t play that tho. Let me give my shout out to my favorite nail tech Josie., very nice and polite as well as does an amazing job. Lashes and eyebrows always on point form Trinny. However they are all good. I just like to stick to one person. Oh and the ladies that do the pedicures are God sent. Feet feels like a baby’s bottom when they done. To sum it up.
