I was driving on my way to North Carolina from Trenton, New Jersey. I am from North Carolina so I had about a 6 Hour drive left, all of a sudden my brakes gave out I was left without brakes on the highway in the middle of Delaware. It was about 5 PM on Friday night And luckily, I ran into this mechanic shop which has a lovely hotel next to it. They were able to store my car and the next morning on a Saturday. They were able to diagnose my car and fix it. Given the model of my car, it was very hard to find parts the day of nevertheless Alex, the owner used his connects to help me get the parts needed. We had to fix the piston on the caliper. We had to get some screws basically whoever had changed my brakes before messed up the screws, and the system was falling off Long story short Alex and his crew were able to fix my car today for a reasonable price given the circumstances and I will be able to get back on the road today and get on with my life. I’ve had two jobs done with this shop. In both times the owner would charge over the quoted price for “extra” work even though it was discussed in the initial pricing. The owner said the car would be done within a day and ended up taking a whole week due to “complications” that was never explained. I was told the car was “ready” and when I went to pick up the car, I nearly waited 30 minutes just to be rung up and given the keys, to then find out that they still had to finish bleeding coolant from the car.

No se Merecen ni una Estrella se llamo para un cambio de aceite para un BMW y dijeron por teléfono que eran $50 por el cambio de aceite,le llevamos aceite y el filtro,cuando se llega alla segun ellos no era el filtro y el aceite faltaba un poco mas pues ellos se encargaron de pedirlo,llega proceden a hacer el trabajo y se tardaron como unas tres horas para un cambio de aceite,cuando terminan me llaman que ya el trabajo estaba terminado y le pregunto si resetearon el carro pued siempre se hace cuando se le cambia el aceite a un carro y ni eso habían hecho se puso a hacerlo conmigo alli después de que le dije,esta gente no saben lo que hacen no son nada profecionales,y cuando te van a cobrar te cobran mucho más de lo que te habían dicho por teléfono si quieren perder su tiempo mas su dinero vayan aquí si es contrario no vayan a este lugar hay lugares mas profecionales y mejores que este...
