Them versus the customer attitude. Was told multiple times the more upset the customer is the less they help. I was lied to multiple times over various aspects of my stay. Antagonized by the front clerk to check out without a refund. "Go ahead and check out anytime" she repeated this to me multiple times in an antagonizing way, but they won't refund any prepaid days not used. The manager and other employees don't know how to de-escalate anything. They actually make everything worse because they feel entitled to give you an attitude if something is wrong. I have never seen someone treat a customer looking for help this way. They are down right mean if you say something they didn't like! If they think you're too upset they won't help. They actually lie! Tv doesn't work properly, the floors feel slimy, they close/ block essential corridors, fire exits for cleaning in the middle of the day. (Shouldn't this be fine during low traffic times?) Meth/fentanyl people outside at night. Not safe at night, too many drugs in the parking lot. AC/ heater almost covered by the bed. Tv remotes don't work properly, can't hook up your Roku won't switch inputs and the front desk doesn't care to help. Mold in the bathroom. Furniture looks like they got it from the trash and it smells bad....
Read moreDon’t stay here. I booked a room here for a racing weekend for 2 the room was booked within king bed on my way I found out my driver was going to stay also. So after viewing the room I asked the girl if they would add a folding bed to accommodate the 3ard person or could we switch the room to one with 2 beds they said they couldn’t and they would add the bed upon arriving back at 1 am Saturday morning I had forgot the parking pass in the truck at the track I went into the lobby to get one and in the back office was a man picking at his bare feet not a nice site someone came out to help me with a parking pass when we got to the room there was no extra bed so I proceeded back down to the lobby to see if we could get a room with 2 beds the clerk told me no they were not full plenty of beds available after making a phone call to another hotel I went back in to checkout he skied why I told him I needed the extra bed at that time he offered to switch my room by that time it was to late also it was like I was bothering him . This place is a disgrace to the Red Roof chain so I hope people read this before you book Thanks...
