This review might sound too good to be true. I can assure you, it is not. As a business coach I appreciate passionate businesses and their folks. If you are in the market for a chair or a full house makeover, Custom Homes Furniture Gallery is just what the doctor ordered.

I'll begin with the furniture. We love it and it fits right in as we hoped it would. That fit was made possible due to the efforts of our in-home design consultant, Katie. She took the time to assess our space, offer us guidance, AND walk us through the store to find the pieces that would work. Katie, you are all that! We were very fortunate to have Steven and Edward deliver and setup our furniture. These guys were the best delivery team I have ever met. They were punctual, respectful of our space, and clearly proud of the work they do. Steven and Edward, thank you so much, you rock! We had a couple of minor issues that needed adjustment. Our Service Technician, Chris (a teddy bear of a guy), continued the Custom tradition. A true pleasure to have him in our home. A gentleman, a skilled technician, a fellow long-hair, and once again someone who is clearly proud of what he does. Dude, never stop doing what you are doing!

Finally, kudos to you, the owners and management of Custom Homes Furniture Gallery. You are obviously passionate about your business. It shows in the quality of your employees. Thank you all.

Absolutely love shopping in your stores, we have recently moved to North Carolina and needed some new furniture. We were recommended by friends and relatives here to try your stores. Our 1st store we visited was the Outlet in Leland, we were assisted by a very sweet and knowledgeable Barbara who helped us find a beautiful bedroom set. I then came back for a second visit and saw the same Barbara and asked about a server I saw online but was not available in Leland so Barbara recommended the gallery in Wilmington and the Niche. Well I did visit both places yesterday for the friends and family event with my 3 Sisters. The sales associate that assisted us there was Nichole and Sharon, they were also very helpful in helping me find and purchase 2 additional pieces which I love. While we were there we enjoyed some food they were serving, entered raffles and came home with a hand made beautiful bird house as a thank you gift. I would highly recommend this company for all your home furniture and accent pieces because of the very friendly and knowledgeable staff you have. Have purchased many pieces in the past from this College Road location but NEVER again! Their service and product quality has definitely declined. After 2 years of having to deal with the worst customer service EVER we want to warn potential customers. We had a faulty recliner loveseat - USB port that never worked and could never be repaired and disintegrating faux leather finish. After many service calls over a year they finally let us reorder another recliner loveseat from a different distributor - Bassett - which arrived with a bent frame and the back cushions were two different heights. Another year of service techs arriving with the wrong replacement parts numerous times we were ultimately told there was nothing wrong with the recliner and the discrepancy we were stating was within their techs acceptable standards. We have a sizable store credit because the second loveseat was less than the first - they won't refund our $ !!! If you do receive an item from them and it is not perfect REFUSE IT! Don't waste your time & money go...
