When I brought my vehicle in for a maintenance issue and described the problem to the service rep, he checked the vehicle in and would report back to me their findings. It was later reported to me that the issue was wheel bearings. The service rep also told me that there was a need for a new cabin air filter, air filter, new front wipers, a rear wiper, pads and rotors on the rear brakes, and a brake fluid flush. A new battery, shock and struts needed to be changed and transmission fluid exchange. Needless to say that my fiancé was about to be severely taken advantage of from an obvious thirsty dealership. Not to mention that the service writer showed no remorse when I called him out on it and justified his actions for this is what we do to every vehicle. Every vehicle or every woman. When I went to inspect the items that needed attention here were my findings. The tech that replaced the wheel bearings broke the torque tip off in the rotor manufacturer bolt. As a mechanic myself this comes with not using a torque wrench and negligence on the tech because all mechanics know when they break a tool. Next I inspected the brakes my self and nothing wrong with pads or rotors but for good measure I replaced a them while I had the wheel off. Also the filters I took to autozone and the manager there asked me what was wrong with them I told them the service writer at the dealer told me they needed to be replaced. The manager at autozone told me that they were clean. When I tested the wipers they worked fine. The battery was fine as well and wasn’t leaking as the tech stated from the dealer. The shocks and struts will need to be replaced at some point but we’re not leaking as the service writer described. In conclusion. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER. Read moreWow! What an experience! These guys truly are the best! During the "covid thing" I was having difficulties finding a specific vehicle. I was able to find and purchase this vehicle out of state. When I purchased the vehicle I also purchased the Ford Protection Warranty. A couple months down the road it was time to use that warranty for a leak found with no lights on the dash just a small spot found in my driveway. I was highly recommended to D'Orazio Ford. I had Kayla as my Service advisor, she was extremely polite and welcoming. Kayla was able to get my vehicle in and fixed. They had my vehicle a total of 2 days when I was called it was ready. I picked up my vehicle and was on my way home when the "service engine' light came on. I Immediately turned around and dropped it back off at D'Orazio. I was contacted after the weekend to be told the light was on due to a completely different issue and it would not be covered under my warranty. I was mind blown and could not believe the stroke of bad luck. I ask for a manager and I was handed off to Mike. I explained to Mike how I was upset and couldn't believe what was happening and mike started to ask somethings about my day and tried to calm me down. Once we established the calmness Mike was very helpful and he sympathized with me about the issue and my stroke of bad luck. He then covered the cost of the repair and told me their goal was to help people and fix their issues not make new ones. He said he wanted to keep me as a customer for life.. Well Mike and Kayla guaranteed me doing that. They both bent over backwards and helped me get my vehicle back on the road!! Read moreWent in because the compressor started to make noises made an appointment befor a trip we had unfortunately it wasn't acting up the day we took it so they figured there was nothing wrong with it. We were very displeased when the complete ac system failed and we were stuck in 90° heat for a week. Brought it back in when we got home they replaced the entire ac system to brand new and even gave a full detail and brought the car back to looking new for us as I can't physically clean it myself. I will continue to use their service and reccomend them and tell others about how great the detail job was. They were very thorough inside and out. New update on their service. Been getting the works done here since I ordered my car for over 2 years. Car was in a minor Collison and had to replace front tires. We where told that our tires have never been rotated which I find very strange because in the service list for the works, clearly in there is tire rotation so why where the inside of my front tires so worn they could have blown at any time. Knowing how their service was on my a.c. I should have known they wouldn't do the full works on any vehicle. I will be looking into this info I have to try and find out if legal actions need to happen so they will start doing their job to keep our cars safe when we entrust them with it to do regular maintenance.
