OMG I am completely in love with this beauty supply store. The employees are sooooo helpful and they didn't make me feel as if I was a suspect shopper. They allowed me to look around without being harrassing or following and they did ask if I needed help but continued with allowing me to roam. This place is very big and they have a variety of supplies, when I say variety that's what I mean I still haven't seen every inch or corner of this place. They have complete hair collections not part, you know when you go some places and they only have the shampoo, conditioner and maybe the moisturizer?!? Nope not here as you can see from the photos and I didn't even get all of them, they are complete. I will be returning and this is my new and 2nd beauty supply store. This is my first time buying a wig and Cindy was great to work with. She was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back to try a diff style. Thank you Cindy for making my experience very good!

Update 6/25 I have been to many stores since visiting this one and my experience was never like the one I had at this store. Cindy and Diamond are both very compassionate, patient, empathetic, and knowledgeable. They were there to answer any questions I had. Diamond helped me and my mother in law with finding everything she needed. Although she was busy helping other customers she was very attentive to our needs and we thank you for that. Cindy was very valuable in helping me picking out a wig. I am so pleased with this store that I will not go anywhere else. Thank you ladies for your help...

Unfortunately, this is my first 1 star review. I've shopped here many times and today, I was very blatantly being followed and watched by an employee and it made me very uncomfortable. Somehow bringing my own reusable shopping bag = thief. There is no need to treat someone like this, especially a paying customer. I talked to the manager after I made my purchase (employee was close behind me the whole time I was being checked out. Mocked me by smirking at me) to let him know how uncomfortable and disrespectful that was. He said "it won't happen next time" when I at least thought he would think to tell that employee to apologize to me.
