Hot Spot Pizza — Restaurant in Delaware

So TODAY makes my FIFTH time ordering sausage slices from here and no matter the time of the day it’s always the same thing...they literally throw the sausage on old cheese pizza without any extra cheese so the sausage just falls off and you’re eating old cheese pizza with sausage crumbles. I WOULD LIKE TO EAT THE SAUSAGE ON THE PIZZA!!!! THANK YOU. Who does that? So I called and the worker was just like well that’s how they do it if there isn’t any sausage pizza in a nonchalant way...but let’s call a spade a spade, to save money you don’t make sausage pizza you only make it if someone orders a whole one. The least you could do is throw some cheese on that dry sausage and pizza if you not gonna make it fresh. If you want pizza...go to the professionals and spend the extra money for quality cuz you are absolutely not going to...

Man, Dom’s service is the best. The slice app didn’t stop taking orders around 10. I show up at 10. Door is locked, but he sees me and the order. They are closed, I forgot they close at 10. ‘We’re closed, but I do see your order. I’ll take care of you’ Tell him it’s alright, but honestly was really wanting their pie as it’s my mom’s favorite and the thin crust is the best in DE. ‘No. it’ll be 5 minutes. Come on in.’ Fired up the oven, had a great conversation, didn’t know there was three other hot spots near 95. Pizza is done and throws in a cherry pepsi.

So I used to love this place. Today I was home sick and had a chicken cheesesteak picked up after finally regaining appetite. I bite into the steak and find TWO HAIRS. That I know weren’t mine because I have BLONDE DREADLOCKS. I called and the manager tried to convince me it wasn’t from there, and asked that I sent pics to his number. I sent pics & texted him that I’m a loyal customer and have no reason to lie about it. HE NEVER RESPONDED, which is very rude and DISHONEST. This is my first place eating out during being sick and I’m disgusted! They lost a loyal customer over a what..$12...
