THANK YOU 252!!! I had to write this review, and this is a heart felt review. My aunt witch is 69 years old broke her phone she has service with Boost Mobile on Herring Ave. she went there on today and asked the guy in the store if he would be able to fix the crack in her phone. He told her the manufacture didn't make screens for her phone, and con her into buying another phone another line. He told her she couldn't get her same no. on her phone and now she had 2 phones and 2 no. So when I gotten off work she told me what happen, and was very upset she felt like she had been taken advantage of. So I took her back down to Herring Ave. to speak to the con artist in Boost Mobile. They did the same to me tried to give me the run around and told lies on top of lies. I left there and went to 252 Wireless. I spoke to the nicest gentlemen later to find out he was the owner Nagi. He apologize to me because the con artist at Boost Mobile on Herring Ave. tried to say the ppl. at 252 Wireless was his cousins (another lie). As I spoke to Nagi with his compassion and kidness I knew he wasn't related to these con-artist. I contact the DM of Boost Mobile and was directed to take my aunt back to the store to receive a full refund. In return we went back to 252 Wireless and Moe the other nice professional gentleman in 252 Wireless fixed her phone as well as a senior discount. Where did these MEN come from I grew up in Wilson and never knew these compassionate men. They have my business, and I will always reccomend his business to everyone. Nagi, Moe I THANK YOU BOTH from the bottom of my heart. This is what Customer Service, & Caring About Your Community is all ABOUT!! May the Good Lord Cont'd To Bless You Both ALWAYS! Blessings! Thank You...
Read moreSo the only reason I came to this store was the recommendation from my parents. They have been going there for many years and working with "Moe". I went in to get my charger port fixed, which worked fine when I got it back. The next day is when the problems started. I noticed that my screen was coming loose from the phone. Wasn't like that before so I decided to take it back to see what happened. I was told by a gentleman that fixed it (Not Moe), since my back was cracked (since it was) that a piece had broken off that hold the screen in place. I've had the phone cracked for a year n a half, and it worked fine until the charging port. Instead of saying "Hey, your phone screen may not fit due to fixing the charger port" when I picked up the phone, I would've been fine. I was told I should get a case to hold it in place. Couple days later, my phone starts glitching. Cutting off and on, battery percentage changing every time. I also notice that my phone looked like it was bulging in the middle. So for the 3RD TIME I went to the store and the same guy said, it's because I need a new battery. So as a "phone tech", shouldn't you be looking at everything on the inside? Or when I picked it up, you might need a new battery soon? But was ready to throw out prices.. What happened to the warranty that you make everyone sign?? Nothing against "Moe", but your other employees need some touch up on their phone tech-ing skills. Nothing against the store, just would've been nice to have my phone looked at properly and not just thrown prices to fix something that wasn't...
Read moreThat one star is for the resent service. The service I had before he claimed he couldn't find my phone we're great but now I am truly hurt. You claimed you can't find my phone but I know fir sure my phone is still in that building. That phone has pictures of my deceased mom, father and nephew and that's all I have of my family's memories. I'm gonna keep showing up everyday until I have my phone. You think I'm just gonna walk away like it's ok? No I'm not. I have that right to fight for what's mines and I'm gonna get my phone. It's not fair to me that you misplaced my phone. That black girl with the natural hair took my phone in the back and told I was having problems with the charger port she told me she will call me in an hour and never did. Since then I been asking for my phone. That's not fair...
