CAPPS Entertainment — Local services in Wilson

Great staff, great establishment and a wide range of entertainment for all! We were visiting a nearby town and did a quick search for "putt putt golf". Capps was about 30 minutes away and looked to be worth the drive.

My daughter was having a coughing episode due to seasonal allergies and we thought it passed but unfortunately it did not. We had just stepped in the door when it hit her again. One of the staff members immediately provided us a bottle of water, offered a cool rag, and was ready to help in any way. Genuine kindness!

The activities were great. The glow-in-the-dark golf was very cool, especially the 80s throwback theme! Axes, bowling balls, cornhole boards were great. The VR arcade was excellent and their staff answered all questions to make sure we had a good time!

They were very in tune with the crowd. They kept up with everyone's orders and were quick to serve food/drinks. They also were diligent in keeping the environment under control and it always felt "family friendly"!

We found this place entirely by accident and if I could give them 10/5 stars I would! The black light mini golf courses (retro and pirate themed, respectively) are both stunning. The pirate theme even has a 3D element that makes it appear as if the course comes alive! It's so fun. There are only 9 holes each but the variety of visuals more than makes up for the relatively small courses.

Mini bowling was standard and an absolute treat! One of the owners even came over and chatted with us.

Axe throwing was hilarious and very well put together. They have projectors in place so you can choose from a handful of games to play.

Even their food is a slam dunk. The popcorn was movie theater quality and they apparently have a very unique ice cream brand (the mint was delicious). We WILL be coming back. Especially when they apparently run deals every single day.

Please go if you need something to do! They're such a sweet little business and they don't get nearly the amount of traffic...

My experience was with them on my son birthday Dec 10,2023. My son pre school was suppose to attend but didn't due to them being sick. My son,his brother along with two other kids attended. They originally quoted me for 400.00 for 10 kids. I ask will they adjust the bill since it was only 4 kids attend. They didn't make my full adjustment. I also asked this before paying my deposit and they said would adjust what he gave me was just estimate.When I asked them to explain they were rude and wanted to pick a argument when I just wanted clarity. The manager was talking over the pho experience I got no call back from. I was over charged and customer service was horrible. While I was asking about my bill someone else came up asking about they bill too because they were over...
