EXCELLENT computer repair AND customer service! After experiencing sketchy and sub-par customer service at more local computer repair shops, my family and I decided to travel 30+ minutes to Wilson to try Walteck... and we are SO thankful we did! Walt was very thorough in describing every potential issue with our computer and was upfront about their potential costs. Then after leaving our laptop with him for two days, he quickly diagnosed the problem, saved all our photos, videos, and other important files, and fixed the boot issue. And not only that, but he was very happy and willing to take extra time to answer all of our many questions and explain in detail to me and my not so tech savvy family about our computer and various other things. Took my HP omen gaming laptop to Walteck after having severe fan damage and several other issues that I was unaware of which caused my laptop to overheat. I told Walt about my laptop issues and he informed me that he would clean it, replace the fans, and thermal paste to the best of his abilities and he DID just that. Now my laptop is back to running perfect with brand new fans and thermal paste.
