When I spoke the the gentleman the arrangement I wanted for my Godmother I thought we had a clear understanding of what I wanted. He and I viewed the picture on the website together over the phone. I explained how I wanted the arrangement to be elegant and dramatic ($100 dollar arrangement)! My Godmother sent me a picture of the arrangement to show her gratitude but I noticed that the arrangement sent to her was NOTHING like what we originally discussed. I immediately contacted them to get the correct arrangement done and sent to her. They created a better arrangement that was still not up to my standards and had it sent to her again. I would hope that this florist doesn’t take advantage of customers that place orders over the phone. Being that I was VERY CLEAR about what I wanted and even showed a picture that was on THEIR WEBSITE I am very disappointed in the service. I recommend asking for a picture of the arrangement before having it sent to a loved one. My surprise was a complete disaster and i most likely will not do business...

Mr. Randy Bissette is such a sweetheart, and this is my second time coming to his shop! He’s always so welcoming, professional, and has the most beautiful and long lasting, healthy flowers. All types of flowers you can name and I love coming to the shop! It just gives me a sense of peace and happiness! I stopped going to Wal-Mart and Food-Lion to get flowers, Mr. Randy’s flowers will last you three weeks and they still look decent! I love all the type of selections they have and they will look gorgeous in any home, office you name it! He even gave me a free oatmeal soap made...

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. The bouquet I got looked nothing like what I asked for. They even got a picture of what I wanted and still didn’t get it right. It was pretty disappointing as it was my wedding day. Not only that but my husband paid about $300 for pretty much white and peach colored roses. I could’ve done a better looking bouquet myself with some Walmart flowers. They’re lucky my husband picked them up that day cause I would’ve definitely said something. I’ve convinced my husband to not do business with them anymore....
