Culver’s — Restaurant in North Carolina

This particular Culver’s I will say was not my favorite! It took them a while to figure out how to switch over for the different lanes on the intercom, order got messed up a little bit, and as I was checking my order, a lady came out and was a little cheeky with me about me still being in the lane when there are several lanes and people have the ability to go around without any problems I was in the first lane and was all the way toward the front and it wasn’t enough space in her opinion. I let her know that I would move as soon as I was done checking our order since it was a little bit large and I wanted to make sure that we had everything as we were on the road traveling so as to not start any drama, I went ahead and pulled around and parked in the handicapped(yes I am handicapped) and then as she came out with the rest of the order that we were missing, she was perturbed that I wasn’t still where she asked me to move from. I will tell you that I think Culver’s is the best fast food place ever . there is no McDonald’s or Burger King Taco Bell KFC Popeyes any of them that can compare. There’s a little bit of something for everybody. Prices are decent. The food is always made to order. Let me repeat that it is made to order so sometimes you might wait a few minutes, but you’re not waiting forever. This means you get hot food all the time.!!! generally this service is outstanding. Everyone has amazing manners and is just willing to turn over backwards to be customer friendly and like I said there are plenty of culvers that have kids night and ours in Tampa. ( on Dale Mabry is hands-down, the best!! They go all out for kids. It’s a safe place for them to be to laugh get their face painted. Learn how to juggle play games at this particular place they have caricatures I mean it’s just fantastic. So be your own judge of this particular restaurant , it might just have been an off night. Somebody might’ve been training Who Knows???. 5/23 The spicy chicken sandwich is not a bad choice to try. Could use a little bit more heat as well as a unique sauce to make their chicken sandwich different from other fast food chicken sandwiches. 9/30/21 Understandably Culver has been quite busy since its opening. Drive through only. I was there for over an hour. I ordered for my family. They gave us stickers with an order number to put on our side mirror and had us pull up. That way, the expeditor can find our car with our order number. Their system seemed great, and never had a restaurant do that before. However, while I was waiting for my order, I had two mishaps. One expeditor came up to me and to another car asking if we ordered a salad. Neither of us did, and he seemed lost. Another expeditor come up with some milkshakes that I definitely did not order. He was about to hand me the stuff, and I told him I did not order this. He said my order number but it was the wrong order. Somehow, they gave my order to someone else, and they had to redo my order. A young lady said she would give me coupons to make up for it. After getting my order, I was so ready to get home. I should've checked the bag but I did not recieve the coupons when I took out everything at home.

It happens, they were super busy. My experience at the drive through wasn't a great one but their staff were friendly and did try to make it up.

Now, what I ordered was great. The burgers are not like the regular fast foods. My mushroom and swiss was tasty and hot. The crinkle fries were crunchy and not overly salty. The rest of my family liked it except my little sister. She didn't like her chicken tenders. They weren't that bad. The other chicken fast food restauants definitely has them beat on the chicken tenders.

I will totally come back again but I will wait when it's not so busy and try their custards. And I'm sure that experience...

Soooooooooo I am starting to have a love/ hate relationship with Culver's. I have been using the Curdside order feature lately and it has been extremely disappointing! Last weekend, someone who pulled in after I did received their food first, so I stopped the deliverer to inquire about my food. He brought it back out so sweetly and apologized about my food just sitting there. Again, tonight, I arrive early for my 715 order. Shortly before 730, a lady who pulled in after I did, received her food. I sent my CHILD in the restaurant to ask if my two check-ins (via the site and my email) had registered. According to my CHILD, there were two girls at the counter and the freckled face girl with black hair was on her phone, so her presence wasn't acknowledged. When my child said, "excuse me." to inquire about my order, the girl simply grabbed our stuff from the counter and cooler. It had just been sitting there. To make matters WORSE, when I pull up to check on my daughter, I see her arms being LOADED with our order, which consisted of our food AND 2 drink trays filled with concretes and drinks. My CHILD did not hear me beeping my horn to tell her that's NOT her job because she was so focused on carrying the arm full of food that had been forced upon her😤 Needless to say, the entire situation pmo, but the final straw was witnessing my child's arms being loaded up with an order that was supposed to be delivered...
