Holy cow this was so good. We called in just to get a table, it was still about a 20 minute wait but we sat at the bar and waited, ordered some drinks, etc. Our server was Cameron and omg she was so sweet so perfect and welcoming. She was very quick to get us sorted and situated! Food was not too bad of a wait. It was slammed but it’s also a Friday night so it wasn’t something we didn’t expect. Food came out and it was SOO GOOOOOD😛😛😛 I got the bloomin fried chicken with some asparagus and Mac and cheese. It was all so perfect. Cameron made sure to keep checking in on us and overall made the most of our dining experience!! Overall, if we lived in the area, we would have 10000000% come back to this location!!

The people were super nice on the phone and in person. I ordered a pick up blooming onion and the app never said it was ready after an hour of waiting so I called. They said it had been ready so I got there and picked it up. I came home and it’s sooo so soggy and nasty honesty. I’m sure it would taste better if I was able to pick it up when it was actually ready, but again, I was never notified. I only for a message saying it was almost ready and sent a link for check in. On top of it one of the sauce lid was not on properly and spilled all over. Edit: it’s not even cut so at this point it’s not even edible lol just pure onion.

Me and my son went there for lunch. The customer service was phenomenal and we felt very taken care of. Our waitress was amazing very attentive and always with a smile. She did an amazing job ! I didn’t get her name, but I remember her saying that she was from Massachusetts ! I also loved how the managers came around to make sure that everything was good and greeted us with happy and smiling faces! I ordered a Strawberry kiwi margarita and it did what it needed to do !! Steak was cut the way that we love it ! Everything was great thank you!!

Me and my son went there for lunch. The customer service was phenomenal and we felt very taken care of. Our waitress was amazing very attentive and always with a smile. She did an amazing job ! After giving the Wilson NC Outback a few months to iron out the kinks,I've started patronizing them. Service inside has been great,the food has been hit or miss depending on what you order and who's cooking.

Katie & I just tried the Pick-Up service for the first time...First I appreciate any restaurant or store that has Veteran Parking. I liked the way Outback sent a txt to my phone so I could let them know I was there and where I was parked...You load your vehicle information make,model,color when you place your order on line.FYI

Last Ms.Kim was very nice and included a free mini load of Honey Wheat bread,with salted Honey butter with my order...She even got a touch wet from a sudden rain storm...but didn't rush away from our conversation. It's great to have a restaurant in Wilson NC that values customer...

We waited 5 mins for our waitress and nobody was in there but 2 tables and 4 + the manager were standing over there talking the blooming onion was burnt and didnt come out first we got coke zero they kept giving us diet coke. There were 7 people standing at the back of the bar and I went to the bathroom it was disgusting paper towels all over the floor and flies all in there and hardly any toilet paper. I told our waitress she said well thats the hostess job we dont get paid to do that thats their job. I just feel like if your employed by outback then it should be everyone's job instead of standing around and talking. Sorry but if I was a mystery shopper you guys would have failed big time the hostess were great and the manager that brought us the...
