After giving the Wilson NC Outback a few months to iron out the kinks,I've started patronizing them. Service inside has been great,the food has been hit or miss depending on what you order and who's cooking.
Katie & I just tried the Pick-Up service for the first time...First I appreciate any restaurant or store that has Veteran Parking. I liked the way Outback sent a txt to my phone so I could let them know I was there and where I was parked...You load your vehicle information make,model,color when you place your order on line.FYI
Last Ms.Kim was very nice and included a free mini load of Honey Wheat bread,with salted Honey butter with my order...She even got a touch wet from a sudden rain storm...but didn't rush away from our conversation. It's great to have a restaurant in Wilson NC that values customer...

We waited 5 mins for our waitress and nobody was in there but 2 tables and 4 + the manager were standing over there talking the blooming onion was burnt and didnt come out first we got coke zero they kept giving us diet coke. There were 7 people standing at the back of the bar and I went to the bathroom it was disgusting paper towels all over the floor and flies all in there and hardly any toilet paper. I told our waitress she said well thats the hostess job we dont get paid to do that thats their job. I just feel like if your employed by outback then it should be everyone's job instead of standing around and talking. Holy cow this was so good.
We called in just to get a table, it was still about a 20 minute wait but we sat at the bar and waited, ordered some drinks, etc.
Our server was Cameron and omg she was so sweet so perfect and welcoming. She was very quick to get us sorted and situated!
Food was not too bad of a wait. It was slammed but it’s also a Friday night so it wasn’t something we didn’t expect.
Food came out and it was SOO GOOOOOD😛😛😛 I got the bloomin fried chicken with some asparagus and Mac and cheese. It was all so perfect.
Cameron made sure to keep checking in on us and overall made the most of our dining experience!!
