Update.... I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and as expected they did not even bother responding to me or them. Such an unprofessional company.

They sell very poor quality products. I purchased a sectional in February right before the pandemic hit.

The zipper broke so the cushion cannot seal up. In addition to this issue two other cushions on this sectional have flattened and this furniture is only 5 months old. Super poor quality.

I called them and was never able to reach them. Now they said they were open during the lock down which we factually know is not true. And they said sorry we can't help you. No warranty after 30 days. And no kind of warranty through manufacturer, low quality products that do not last more than a month and extremely poor service. Will never return. I filed complaint with the BBB but based on my interactions with this company I don't believe they will care one bit. Beware of this company if you opt to shop there. And keep in mind they are not super cheap...

I can't speak for anyone else's experience I can only speak for myself but I can say it was very bad I almost got locked in ,on a payment plan for a bad piece of furniture 4 days after they delivered the furniture it broke due to a faulty piece of wood within the furniture when I asked about it no one wanted to give me a refund I actually had to end up talking with acima directly and they wind up releasing me from the contract be very cautious when you come to this place cuz you could be like me and end up stuck paying for a faulty piece of furniture I did not receive a refund from a sema I just was no longer required to pay the contract so don't think that you're locked in and if you pay cash I would be extra cautious because they do not...

I'm starting to believe that las Vegas has the worst customer service every where came in 2 buy a vanity when I got there no 1 even said hello I saw the vanity I wanted and looked around still no hello I just walked out. I wish I would spend almost 1,000 and you can't even speak 2 me, I'm gone stop waisting my time and start ordering everything online, people just not gone have jobs and it's there...
