The food is great but the people? Geez, they can see me already waiting at the counter, but they didn't mind me at all, not even saying, "Wait a second or something. They just look and continue what they are doing. 3 of them doing different things. Then the manager came, and that's the only time someone said Hi, wait a second... and then took another 4mins before someone talked to me. Then when i was eating, I asked to buy a cheese sauce on the side like what we always do on other jack n a box fast food. And it seems like they didn't know what im talking about. They called the manager, and the manager said they only sell it together with the fries. In my mind, I was like, " whattttt? I already have my curly fries, and i just need a cheese on the side, i always do that in other branches. Oh my golly." But to avoid arguments and this was a perfect day for us, and i dont want to ruin it, so i just let it go and continue to eat my meal. It doesn't end there. I want to use the restroom and its locked. So i went and asked at the counter looking for someone to help me fast, I said " excuse me, I need to use the restroom can i have the key".. and again, someone answered "Wait a second, " Took 2mins before someone came to me and ask. I said i need to use the restroom, then she just pushed a botton to let it open. I didn't have enough time to hold my p** and it wet me. Geez, such a horrible experienced. I now understand why this location is always almost empty chairs... It's not the food. But the people inside running the business. They don't have proper customer service. They need to be trained. Even the manager is kinda rude when she answered me about the cheese. I hope this branch improves, they are ruining the business. Im sorry but that's the truth.

I placed an order online totaling almost $20 when I got to the restaurant I also placed another order for loaded tiny tacos and a value fry because I realize I missed it and didnt want to place second online order. When I got to the window my total was a lil off so I noticed I had regular tiny tacos instead of loaded ones but they were able to fix it and i payed the total for loaded tiny tacos and value fries. I was happy about that didnt want to take wrong item home the girl also handed me my online order and I checked it and everything looked good but I was still missing my drink I told the girl and she continued to say you dont have a drink and handed me my receipt but it showed coke special which is $1 coke on the app but I guess the employees there didnt know it showed like that but she reluctantly gave me my coke . They proceeded to give me order I place at the window the loaded tacos and the value fries but I didnt check it when i got home to my surprise the bag of fries had only about half of the bag or less thought maybe tipped over and the rest is in the to go bag but NO !! I am to annoyed to call and complain after all the time I already spend on the drive thru after a long day . They really dropping the ball could use a lil kore training .

I am so very disappointed with my visit. He forgot the fries that went with the 'prices just changed' meal. The dining room was a mess so I didn't want to sit and eat so I told him it was take out. Then I had to ask for a drink carrier, and he just tossed it on the counter. Upper management needs to train their employees better. Their customer service sucks a bit. Just 😔

The order was cancelled on a pick up twice and instead of just explaining why like the gentleman at Grubhub had done, the manager an older Latina women who would not give me her name told me that she would not fill my order anyway with no other explanation. While sitting there trying to fix the problem I witnessed this woman refuse service to one gentleman because she did not like him questioning her attitude towards a pregnant woman who she would not let use the bathroom until after she ordered her food. And that was just 1 of 4 people she refused to let use the restroom until they had ordered and spent some money with them. Another one of them whom had 3 toddlers in tow. So the entire restaurant was entertained by 3 screaming little people who had to wait until their obviously shaken and very embarrassed mother waited in line, ordered and payed for their lunch before she was allowed to take them to the bathroom. Which was between 10-15 very long minutes she put this poor woman and her children through this. It was so sad to see so many folks negatively affected by this woman on a power trip and who chose to bring her negativity and miserably poor attitude to work with her. This is the only 1 star rating I've ever given. So to the miserable older lady who was for reasons I will never understand given a management position at the jack in the box at the Desert Inn and Pecos location. You can feel some type of accomplishment today. For you are the first and only person whom in my opinion has ever single handedly earned a single star for yours and yours alone absolutely horrible and deplorable service and attitude....
