Walked in... no greeting... I seen an older woman named maria walking an order to a gentleman (still wearing gloves) touched the double doors and walked a sandwich over to a gentlemen. Then walked back to the food line to clean up her mess (with her gloves still on) touching the items she used to make that sandwich. Then walked over amd asked me waht I would like to eat.. then when I told her she turned around and grabbed some bread.... WOTHOUT CHANGING HER CLOVES OR WASHING HER HANDS and proceeded to make my sandwich..... the the manager with blond hair wearing a blue shirt with a ton of stains on it hair messy and not in a hair net comes out and messes with the register and then walks back to the back room... thisbisnt the first time... im not that person but today I will be. I tossed the sandwich in the trash and I'll never come back to this location again. Also the store was dirty amd slicer was a crusted mess and hasn't been cleaned I a while and the produce on the line looked a few days old... do better..
Wow update.... since I reported this... wow it's Luke a whole new store this place was rockin... massive improvement. Everything and everyone was clean and washed hands accordingly. Line and slicer clean Alex and Maria wow new faces in there and I spent less than 5 min. Thanks again.. I'll be comming back again...
Read moreDecided to give this location on DI another try as new management and employees in the last few months have not been all that friendly.
Today was another one of those days. I walked in on 2-19-17 and the gentlemen behind the counter is why I stopped coming and I believe he's the "manager."
He was helping a customer when I walked in he never said hi I'll be with you shortly or even hello. The gentlemen in front of me appeared to be a regular as he was chatting and very engaging with the customer. When it was my turn he said "what can I get for you" when the sandwhich was ready to be dressed with all the toppings they offer he just looked at me. I stated what I wanted. Once at the register he said "is that all" never offered a sandwhich, chips or drink. My intention was to eat at this location as I'm running errands.
Due to his lack of a welcome to the end to offer anything else left a "bad taste." I went to McDonalds to get a soda and decided to enjoy lunch in my car.
I'm only writing this to inform "The manager that helped me and The Owner " of this location as the are franchised that I'll no longer enter the doors of this location and will make sure that I pass it on to all that live around me on the DI National golf course...
Read moreThis is a Port of Subs you dont want to walk into and I love Port of Subs. I will drive extra miles so I dont have to deal with the Staff here and the unclean store. I have sat there waiting for 15-20 minutes for someone else to order to be passed up by another person just walking in the door. The employees have dirty clothes with holes in them all while making sandwiches half the time without gloves touching dirty rags. Management definitly needs to step up and see exactly what is going on in this store. I have walked in and its empty and the eating area is filthy while the employees are sitting back laughing. This is the third and final time I will visit this location. These people are making Port of Subs look terrible and they cant even get orders right. I am very upset by how Im treated here & how I was treated today. I just...
