Unfortunately, I cant even give a this place 0 stars. My 7month old English Bulldog passed away today on December 21, 2020 at 1:30am. He was diagnosed with pneumonia and fought hard to keep alive and we also did our best to keep him alive.. But his little lungs couldn't take the pain and let go. The reason for all this, my little man had Parvo at 2months old. We had to take him to the emergency hospital here in Vienna VA, but found out, that our 30day coverage won't accept this hospital and have to drive out Winchester, that is a 2hr drive for us, and worst part, it was a Sunday, and there closed. We can only go to clinics they are partner with. F-that, we took him here in Vienna. I immediately called this place and luckily the store owner decided to pay for all the medical bills ($10,000plus dollars). Thank you. But if it wasn't for poor care and handle of my puppy and thoroughly check with proper vets.. He wouldn't be vomiting blood and have bloody stool. Poor puppy, suffering from dishonest and quick to sell breeders at any cost. Im not going to talk about price, there's no price for the love this puppy gave us. I just wished it wasn't like this. Before buying my angel, I didn't do any research on this place and found them on Facebook. I see this place is famous for selling sick puppies. Your chances are 50/50 with them. Not good at all. They buy from breeders who are just looking to make huge cash, and doesnt consider the importance of life they bring to this world. At the end, my puppy died due to the Parvo destroying his immune system. This whole time my Fatman has been battling from the inside. This finally caught up to him and passed away. You destroyed our trust and hearts, especially my kids and wife's heart. I had to watch him and my family suffer b/c of yall. To hear my little girl tell me, is he going to comeback dad? You put us thru and this puppy in so much pain. If anyone reads this review, avoid buying from this place completely. They have learn and appreciate life before selling these precious lives to anyone. DO NOT BUY...
Read moreI purchased off of puppy City in Winchester I have purchased two puppies from their previously Ace which was $4,000 because I did financing him (hes now paied off) and he is perfectly fine he's growing he's the best dog ever he's such a sweetheart and I love them so recently I went back and I purchase a small Chihuahua which turned out to be about $5,000 do to me financing him as well well I took him to the first veterinarian appointment that was free, I was told that my puppys eyelashes were growing downword witch will cause erritation and that he did not have the requirements it took to breed him ( missing a testicle) I've contacted Puppy City and I spoke to somebody in regarding of the situation and I was told to wait a little bit and see if maybe it had dropped for any reason for so I waited over a month and nothing happen still so I just contacted Puppy City and they then told me that there was nothing that they would be doing about this the only thing that they would do would pay the difference in getting my dog neutered well in case anybody isn't aware of the situation if you take a dog with only one testicle into a veterinarian to get him neutered it's not going to cost as much because you're only working with one testicle so therefore if I go in to my veterinarian (witch I did) and tell them that I would like to get him neutered a $176$ procedure would only be about $150. Which that means there will not be a difference because I'll be saving money so they are not doing anything to fix this problem I am a loyal customer and I have sent numerous people to their location to purchase puppies, in case people don't know why I'm so upset is because most people purchase a purebred from a puppy mill\ puppy City is to breed them to make money off of them and therefore I am unable to breathe this puppy because he does not have the requirements to breed please share to let people know what puppy city is doing to a...
Read moreI purchased a puppy from here about a year ago, took him to our vet and he checked out fine. Puppy City did tell us he had arrived the day before we purchased him. Well fast forward, we purchased another puppy buy from the Harrisonburg location. This one had been at Puppy City for months. When we got him home and tried feeding him he wouldn't eat his dry food, he would kick it. We did get him some wet food and finally he ate. We took him to the vet on the third day and was told he has an eye infection, and the vet said ; " feel this, you can feel his spine and Collar bone". Which you could. The vet said he was under weight. I let them know he hadn't had a bowl movement in the 3 days we'd had him. The vet said he needs food in his system to have a bowl movement. They gave us medicine for his eye infection, said to keep it clean. I also let the vet know that when sleeping he would jerk and his breathing was very fast when sleeping. He told us do not put him in the creat, make sure he eats, clean his eyes, and keep a close eye on him. The vet said he didn't get this way overnight. I'm still happy I purchased him so we can try our best to help him. The vet said probably because he was at Puppy City for so long, being kept in the crate, smelling not only his own urine and poop but also the other puppies may affected his breathing. It really makes me sad that the puppies are kept in create for so long. We have 3 dogs total. The one we purchased a year ago, one we got from the SPCA ( she was in great health) and the puppy we just purchased and they all get along with each other. The one we just purchased was not only sick and underweight but also starving for attention. He is such a good boy and we love him so...
