If you are a person who cares about good customer service and being treated nicely as a customer then I would NOT shop here. The girl who helped me didn't say much of anything or ask me what she could do to help me. I asked her about the exchange policy and she said no we can't do that. I politely said, "ok that is fine." When I was trying to explain what I needed she was not listening to me at all. She did not help me at all. I even had to ask about the sale that I knew was going on. This lady did not try to help or show me anything to help sales for this store. I walked out a little frustrated that I felt I was not being helped appropriately. I then came back and asked to speak to the manager. The manager who is the owner of the place gave me attitude and treated me as if I had a major problem. I said, "I felt like I was not being listened to or properly welcomed and helped." The owner proceeded to tell me that I was upset about their return policy (which was NOT the case at all) and said that I could not get special treatment. In which I understood and told her "I was expecting that because I did not have a receipt, I understand and not looking for special treatment." She then raised her arm and slapped her thigh and said "then I don't know what I can help you with". The owner insisted that I was mad I couldn't return my bracelet when I was mad about customer service. They did not listen to me at all about the problem I had or offer me any other help. I am NEVER stepping foot in this store again. I suggest you not waste time and go there if you like to be treated...

Lovely merchandise however I always feel like I am being stalked if I take my time and look around. They were incredibly obvious today. Followed me from room to room and stared. This is the type of shop that is fun to browse. Was going to make purchase but felt so uncomfortable...
