Don't waste time. These people at tbis store are rude and act entitled. What retail store only operates when everyone else is normlay working. No wonder your struggling. Contacted the Fredericksburg store who did not have the item my wife wanted. They contacted the Winchester store (thank you Jaqueline) and put the item on hold for us. Called the Winchester store yesterday just before noon. Received the tunic today. Just love J Jill! ...
