Do not use Pond St connecting to Cross St! My Garmin trucker GPS told me to take 3 south and make a left onto Pond St. That was a bad idea. There's a right turn it wants you to make to connect to Cross St which is very tight. I was able to do it but I had to block all traffic and have cars move back for me just to make the tight turn. There is also a low bridge on Cross St so if you don't turn left on Holton St before it you'll end up at the low bridge. I'd recommend using Montvale Ave to Green St then turn onto Holton St for safest route. Check in was easy enough. I got there right at my appointment time. I did have to sweep out trailer but they had a broom for me to use. You do have to disconnect from your trailer due to limited space. They have a big rock cliff right in front of loading docks. Not the best design in the world but you can still back up with a sleeper truck and 53' trailer. Once they start loading you they will be done within 30 min or less. Rude man upset that I came to pick up 30 early. Residential area, not extremely hard but you better not make a wrong turn. No overnight parking in an area that has no truck stops near by. Plenty of space to let drivers at least come in the gate but..... rude guy had a fit because of me showing up 30 min early. Wow!! Hopefully they will load me fast. We shall see. If they load me fast I'll give them another 2 stars but if they don't I wish I could take the 1 star away. That will tell you how fast I get loaded. I'm the first one here....

This place is in a residential neighborhood. Tighe regularly unloads trains at all hours of the night, leaving the train's engine idling causing a major headache and potential health risks to the citizens around them. Tighe does not care about who it hurts to make a profit.
