Not helpful at all. I took my mom who is 91 to get a couple of five gallon buckets of mushroom mulch. Well they pointed to the pile and charged 10 dollars. I assumed they would come and fill buckets but NO. I had not brought a shovel with me so I had to use the bucket lids to scoop up the mulch. No one came to help and there were no other customers around. We will not be using this...
