Unfortunately, this place is not very accommodating to exceptional medical circumstances. I called to inquire about an appointment because I had a rough stay at the hospital and couldn't go so far from home to my usual massage artist. So, I asked about their cancellation policy. The person I was speaking to responded with veiled irritation when I said my condition may unpredictably or suddenly make me unable to comply with their cancellation policy. I'm disabled and, right now, these would be very obviously extenuating circumstances. Basically, this place is ableist and is not a massage "therapy" place. It's a luxury for the privileged. If that's who you are, they get good reviews and it's probably fine. Seems fancy. But if you're really in need, don't bother.
