My son's hair came out FABULOUS 🔥🔥🔥🔥. I would have given a 5 star rating, but my son's appointment was at 3:30p and he was there on time but had about 3 people in front of him. He was not ready until 8pm. I get it- good work attracts customers, nevertheless, scheduling and time-management are paramount. Note to hairdressers and stylists: have an hour to 90 minutes between clients. Most people have things they could be doing instead of sitting in a salon for hours on end. This is an age-old problem that will continue because people accept it. It is giving greedy and inconsiderate vibes. Increase professionalism, be more productive, and the money will flow faster and freely. Personally, I would pay more money not to have to wait and to have my stylist's undivided attention. No shade. Just a suggestion. ...

My appointment was at 2pm I arrived at 1:58pm was waiting for two hours some one else came in about 10 to 15 minutes after me with a 2pm appointment also. you would think that if you got two booked appointments for the same time, you would take the first 2pm who was early there but no after waiting so long they decided to take the individual who came in at 2:15 late on his appointment before me. Once again I came in at 1:58 lack of professionalism I just walked out.. outside of them, being unaware and unfair they would’ve had more better time management if they wasn’t talking too much given them a one star is too generous...

Extremely professional! Mr. Mook Robertson is very passionate about his work! The finished work is priceless but worth the price & time. This was my first time going to his shop! Patience is a virtue, time is of the essence and he is dedicated to his skills. He will be dedicated to you too once you get there. Well worth a call & visit!
