I kid you not after spending almost $100 in that particular store last night asked the lady hey how are you she answered back ok I said do you all have takis in stock she says I don't know you have to look for them maybe it's on the dollar isle I answered ok then I went to separate the items in the bag she says I can't let you take any bags management says we don't have any I then told her ma'am after spending all this money in this store you're telling me that management says I can't put my items in separate bags social media she packed my bags so that they were about to burst I lol and said I work at a place for part time I guess my management should do the same with your food you know they need to get back the old staff that had great and friendly retail communication skills we are not responsible for you not ordering bags so who are you to tell anyone thst is spending money in your store that I can only stuff all of your things into 3 bags and then they burst inside of the car all I want is my money back so now i guess you guys can haveyour bags back its always something with that location if you don't wato work dont show up i am in retail as well stay home if you cannot work with the public I went next door to family dollar where I had no problem with the same exact items so I will be returning everything that I purchased and you'll can just give me...
Read moreGiving one star, because zero stars wasn’t an option. I’ve literally went to multiple stores and purchased the same Christmas item. Every store (about 5 stores) all adjusted the item, the holiday item did have Christmas trees on it, holiday wrapping and even said “holiday limited edition” on it meaning it was a holiday item that should’ve been .25 cent. Unlike the other 5 stores that corrected the price because it was obviously a holiday item, the cashier acted as if it was gonna literally impact her pay to price adjust the item. Read moreI'm far from a "couponer", but do know basic math. I did my math before my store visit, and while in the store choosing my items. When the $5 off $25 did not come off my (grown) daughter's purchase, she inquired."Management" came, and pretty much said "oh well, guess it's not working". Mine didn't either. Retail is NOT so hard that she couldn't have applied the coupon manually. She instead huffed and puffed because she had to open another register and actually work for a couple minutes. Daughter contacted corporate, and now has a $10 off any purchase of $10 or more. Guess we will see how that goes. Not sure what happened to the whole concept of management being able...
