Food Lion — Local services in Winston-Salem

Hello, I work just across for the store in the Goodwill trailer, and one of your cashiers were extremely rude to me this morning. I go to the checkout and ask for cash back, and the amount I needed was $75. The lady gets all kinds of mad at me and goes, “y’all are taking all my money, and I’m not gonna have anything left by the end of today!”, and then she asked what I needed the money for, and though it was none of her business, I said it was for my hair appointment, and she literally went ballistic, and then started to speak to me as if she was my mother. She does “Your haircut costs $75?! If you was my daughter, I’d do it for free and it would last for 3 months!!” And then she DEMANDED to see my haircut when I return here on Monday. And I left the store absolutely shook. Please do some retraining or terminate her, because that behavior was unacceptable and I do not want her treating anybody else like this. Short of stuff sometimes but ok store what really bad about this Food lion are their cashiers young mostly bad attitudes i think! ive lived in ardmore since 1982 this store got a bunch of new people in the last few years they are rude not friendly at all and i feel they hate their jobs .been coming in about every week been letting their attitude go but yesterday the young Guy never said one word to me walked up and said hello he didnt answer hes kinda slammed down my F lion card ran my stuff gave me the ticket never said thank you or anything i said thanks he didnt respond . Most cashiers there doing this everytime i have come in for awhile now .right behind as i was leaving a young lady came up an he was saying hello and yapped away . I never existed to him i think he dont like old people i guess. i try not to go there when i can .store full of people like that .Managers there must not care either ! Food Lion strawberries are almost always rotten with white mold all over like Santa beard. Flowers are almost always out of date. Fruit baskets are made without peeling off PLU stickers here at this location. Store managers don't know how to make a produce order. District Managers think they know everything but don't know how to talk to people and give you the cold shoulder when you make conversation with them. Cashiers don't know how to bag groceries properly, and are clueless about the double money back guarantee on produce its not 100 % percent fresh in the eyes of the customer. Food Lion wants you to be a modern day buckwheat - do it all - and give you nothing more to call home about. If you want a real happiness work somewhere else. Food Lion cares about what you can do just not what you know - experience means...
