Gingerbread Man Cookie AH-MAZING. Every. Time. So soft. Wonderfully filled. Excellently spiced. The taste, the smell - both incredible. Still great multiple* days later.

Gourmet Brownie Hands. Down. One. Of. The. Greatest. Things. We. Have. Eaten. This brownie was so rich and bitter. Vanilla vs cookie butter vs chocolate icing: Cookie Butter. It balanced it out terrifically. This is better than any dairy brownie I have ever consumed. This is currently tied for our #1 fave.

Cinnamon Roll original + 1 rotating flavor. The balance of flavors. The texture. The level of sweetness. Rightfully, our other #1 fave. I will ALWAYS get the lemon pistachio cinnamon roll!

Biscuits So "buttery" and soft on the inside. We take ours home and heated them up in the oven while preparing breakfast. Spreads: sweet vs savory. I preferred the "sweet" (honey), while my partner enjoyed the "savory" (rosemary) more. Either way, you can't go wrong.

Chai Cookie Sandwich So delicious. Chewy. Sweet. Icing thickness was excellent. Cookie to icing ratio was stellar. I liked the spice levels - cinnamon & cardamom 🤷‍♀️. This makes it into the top 3 faves.

Red Velvet Cookie Yummy! It's a good balance of sweet, bitter, and salty. I usually avoid things with white chocolate, but this cookie proves otherwise. Will definitely order as a cookie sandwich next time!

Marshmallow Bars Very very yummy. Raised by a mom who adored Rice Krispy treats, these are such a great twist on a family favorite. Oops All Berries & Oreo & Chocolate varieties are the top faves thus far. If you love Cinnamon Toast Crunch though, they have you covered 👍

Fruity Pebble Marshmallow Cookie Delicious. Think Rice Krispy treat with a twist. Yummy. Chewy, lightly sweet. Very good.

Cupcakes Also yummy. Good ratio of frosting to cake. Rich flavors and moist cake. LOTS of flavor options. Favorite thus far is cherry cookie butter.

Prices are fair. They have a loyalty program. Owner and fellow customers are cheerful and inviting. What a terrific addition to the Ardmore neighborhood!

Items are packed wonderfully go-to. I especially love the gingerbread man stickers. It adds to the personalization and experience.

As a plant-based eater, I am SO thrilled this bakery is in Winston-Salem. The variety of choices plus the peace of mind make this place such a winner in my book. My partner who is an omnivore not only loves this place as well, but said he'd recommend it to others regardless of their dietary preference because it is so good you cannot tell the difference. Huge compliment from someone who can still eat dairy. We are so excited to have found and start supporting this business.

Curious about their menu? They update their website and IG frequently. The only "problem" is that it is hard deciding what to order next!

Grand Opening (02/01/2025): Such a terrific experience! It is such a friendly space with insanely delicious treats. Kudos on the well thought out event with lots of samples to try before making a purchase.

The customer service was on point. When we asked if we could get frosting on top of a plain brownie, not only were they happy to do so, they asked if we wanted the vanilla or cookie butter frosting. We took their recommendation of cookie butter. It required a few extra minutes, as they were making a fresh batch of that frosting. Before adding to our brownie, they brought out a small spoon sample so that we could try it before they iced it. A++. Not only on the flavor, the recommendation, but going above our expectations on customer service and satisfaction.

While the place was fairly busy today, we could easily see ourselves enjoying our baked goods outside at one of their cafe tables with a beverage from the coffee shop next door.

My daughter just found out that this bakery is now open. She mentioned that we should check out this bakery. Of course I said yes, and we went today because we had nothing much going on. It was easy to get to.

As we walked into the door, the aroma of spices and cupcakes were very inviting. We looked around at the color scheme and absolutely loved it! We loved the colorful and happy vibes.

When you hear the word gingerbread, you think of Christmas green and red colors, but we loved the bright purple, pink and yellow color scheme.

We were welcomed in by Iman and Wade! They were so sweet, friendly and helpful!

We asked to sample the baklava muffin. There was a sign to ask for a sample. Wow, out of this world, absolutely delicious! Cake part was moist. The frosting was creamy smooth! The baklava crunch topping fabulous. It was pure Heaven!

My daughter ordered the Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffin Cupcake. I ordered the Baklava Cupcake and the Ginger Velvet Cupcake. I tasted the ginger velvet and Yum! I'm saving that for tomorrow for breakfast with some coffee. They are so fresh and rich in flavor. My daughter asked if they were vegan and they said yes!

We can't wait to come back and get...

As I love sweet treats and husband's vegan, we stopped in to see if this was a place we could add to our "Make both of us happy" list — 110%! Exceeded expectations.

We tried two cupcakes and a cookie sandwich, all delicious, fresh, and unique. I love that the flavors are rotating and that there are your traditional and your "Ohhhh, didn't know that could be a flavor!" options. And for a bonus, we also got to try a biscuit not yet on the menu but coming soon; we can't wait to return to try them. It's been a challenge to find vegan biscuits in Winston much to hub's deep sadness so this is very exciting!

We chatted with the owner Wade for a good bit and it was immediately obvious how much he cares about his store, product, customers, and community.

It's in an adorable location in an adorable area (and right next to Ardmore Coffee).
