. I brought my phone in with a broken screen on July 2nd, and had the screen replaced and a tempered glass screen protector put back on. After a few days I noticed it had a few issues with the screen lagging, so I brought it back in to have it looked at.
My second time coming in I had a different employee help me, and he replaced the screen again under your warranty. This screen had a bright spot after install and the Touch ID did not work, so he replaced it with a new one. On this screen the Touch ID did not work, and at this point the employee said he did not know what the problem was and asked me to come back the next day when a more experienced employee was around. At this point he sent me home with the new screen and no screen protector (which I would have had no problem paying for a new one except that I thought the screen might need to be replaced again the next day).
After leaving, my dog knocked my phone out of my hand and the screen cracked in the top corner, nowhere near the Touch ID ribbon cable (which would have been protected by the screen protector I had the day before). When I brought it in the next day, I was told that the issue was most likely the screen and they would replace it, but I would have to pay for the screen since it was broken.
After this experience, I contacted the company’s corporate office by phone, and it took seven attempts calling to actually get through to someone, who, after hearing my case, told me to email their customer service line. I emailed, and have yet to hear something back from them. At this point, I have traded my phone in as it started to develop more problems. In order to trade it in, I had to have the screen replaced again, at my cost. If someone could get back to me about this experience, I would really...
Read moreOne of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had in my life. My fiance and I brought in our iPad saturday to get a quote on reparing the cracked screen. He looked at it and said it was going to be ~$125 and that it would be done in a few hours and started packing it up as if we'd agreed to having it done. I explained we aren't going to be here for a few hours and live far away, and that we would think about. The guy goes "You're going to think about it?" And I said "Yes" and he didnt say another single word to me or look at me for the rest of the time i was there. When i said "Yes" we were going to think about it, he looked down at his desk and didn't reply. I said "I work down here in Gardens, but live 40 minutes north of here. We aren't going to be here for a few hours, so i might just drop it off on lunch.." (Again, he continues to not look at me or respond.) I grab the iPad and go "Ok, well thanks for your help. I guess we're gunna head out." (No reply, no eye contact.) "Alright man, have a nice day" as we start leaving.. (Not so much as a good bye.) He literally didn't look at me or speak a word to me after I said i wasn't going to pay to have it fixed right then, with the full intention of bringing it back on Monday on my lunch break and picking it up after work. I will never give this place a dollar of my money, and will make sure anyone I know does it visit this place. I work in sales. I get wanting to close a deal and make money right then and there. But there's no excuse to literally ignore someone in your story, standing two feet from you, as they're talking to, just because they didn't shell out $125 bucks after taking 20 seconds of your time to ask you how much it cost. This dude is the worst. I wish i could give...
Read moreThey fixed my screen but the colors are completely distorted. I complained saying I cannot see anything on my phone because of what they installed. They told me there was nothing they could do. Also, after then installed my new screen, I noticed my home button wasn’t working. I brought the phone back in and they promised they would fix it and “ordered the part from China”. That was November 29 (they said the part would be in December 5). It is now January 2. I’ve talked to about 3 different people giving me different stories about where this “part” is and how they’re going to fix it. I’ve left my name and number about 4 times, gone into the store, and continued to follow up. I now know they have no intent of fixing my home button that they broke. (I know they broke it because when an associate opened it up I saw the cable snapped and this happens when the iPhone screen is not removed correctly). Anyways, poor service and I ended up paying $110 for a new screen with improper color and a broken...
