1 star is too high of a rating for salmonella. We’ve been frequenting China Park for over 3 years, without issue. However that all changed on 05/01/2022 when we got our order of General Tso and it was raw pink inside. We called the owner to let them know, so that no one would get sick, and she proceeded to argue with us over it. Making different excuses, and overall refusing to hear us. We explained that we understand issues happen and we weren’t even upset about it, but we were now concerned to eat any food due to the pink chicken. She refused any remedy and would not allow a refund. She said she was too busy to talk about it and to call back in an hour. She called back and argued some more and then asked us to bring the food back because she wanted to see it. We packed it all up and returned to the restaurant. As soon as we got there they again argued with us, even while looking at the pink chicken. She said it’s supposed to be pink inside? She brought up some different chicken that she had cooked and sliced it open and it was even more raw inside than ours was, and she continued to eat it to prove her point. We’ve had Chinese food from all around the country and never have had pink chicken. Maybe salmonella is her “speciality”? She refused any refund or resolution. I guess feeling she is right is more important to her, than business ethics, food safety, and a happy customer. Needless to say we will never be back, and we will let others know of how she runs her restaurant.

The roast pork fried rice is the best I've tasted. The egg roll was tasty too. The entree i chose was chicken chow mein... but what it looks & tastes like is an over abundance of oily onions and a few VERY tiny bits of chicken. 😰 Disappointed because it's inedible. Where are the noodles?! **EDIT** doordash gave me a partial credit and I gave them another try the next day. I ordered the combination meal with orange chicken, eggroll and house rice again. Everything was perfect but the egg roll had a shrimp taste to it this time. 🤷‍♀️ I just know not to order the chow mein again! The rice really is phenomenal!

Very disappointed, we have been ordering from this place for 2 years, the food today taste old, refried, the chicken is soaked in oil and since to be from days a go, today is Wednesday so the food should be fresh after a day they have been close and had a chance to make fresh food, worst egg rolls I have eaten in my life, all the food just taste 🤮 nasty, sadly we spend more than 80$ in food that was reheated. Picture of the food in the trash can because after trying it it just belongs there.

MONEY GREEDY! i called in to order chicken chow mein THINKING i was going to get noodles. The lady proceeded to tell me its has cabbage and vegetables and im still thinking im ordering noodles because noodles does have cabbage and other vegetables in them. i get my order and its just cabbage no noodles , i call the lady back to tell her i misunderstood what i was ordering and asked for a refund she said no she cant do that i then asked her to make the item i was asking for she also said no . i then asked her why she said because she told me that its has vegetables i said to her “i thought you meant the noodles had vegetables in there” she proceeded to say that it is called LO MEIN not CHOW mein as if im supposed to know the difference between the two.. i sent my boyfriend back to exchange the food or to get a refund she still refused to either or and kept being rude and talking over him so then i came to talk to her. Immediately as i enter and tell her that this is not what i meant to order she starts to yell at me saying she not going to do anything and if i want the right item i will have to pay. i was refusing to pay more for an item that i wanted and waste more money. as im explaining to her how what she is doing isnt right she proceeds to ignore me for 15-20 minutes then starts to yell with her husband a couple minutes later im still being ignored by her i take the time to look at the menu and to see the chicken chow mein i order is 7.50.. the chicken LO MEIN is 7.95 so at that point i told her im not going to pay nothing more than 45 cents because that’s the only price difference between the two. i explained to her how if i was at another restaurant and a miscommunication happened they would simply tale it to the back and fix it with no charge or fee and was confused on why she couldn’t do the same.. she tells me the onky way i could get the item that im asking for is if i pay half which would be 3.95.. a very kind person decides to pay the 4.27 that she charged because he witnessed how rude and ignorant she was being. i wish i could add the videos that i took to show you all how foolish this lady was acting i wanted 2 things which came to a total of 18 almost 19 dollars then and additional 4 dollars was added in total i spent 22 almost 23 dollars on TWO items this is a foolish , disrespectful, money hungry restaurant and should be shut down for...

I am not sure if this is the same China Park. We did not experience a friendly and or understanding Amy. She was rather RUDE and unprofessional. The food was HORRIBLE. We ordered take out from here for the first time last evening. We actually chose this place based on the reviews we read here. What a MISTAKE! We ordered, Fried chicken wings, General Tso, Large Pork Fried Rice with Egg. The chicken wings had feathers and smelled raw. The General Tso was fried too dry and had no flavor. The Broccoli was mushy and slimy. The pork fried rice was hard and not fresh. My son and I both got sick from this food overnight. I called this morning to discuss our unfortunate and unpleasant experience and Amy became combative. I explained that I was not calling to make a big fuss about the matter and as a fellow business owner to another I just wanted them to know about our experience. She went on and on about how they only serve the top of the line products and that they are # 1 with business around for Chinese Food places. I reiterated that I did not call to argue, I just wanted them to know our experience. We hung up agreeing that we would return what we had left over for her to see. We just left there and what a disappointment. We showed up speaking calmly and explaining who we were; but the fact that we had a bag in hand, she already knew who we were. Oh and it went down hill from there. She got loud and argumentative. She argued that she would NOT refund us all the money we spent. Understandable, but did she have to throw the money at us? We were hoping to be as discreet as possible as there were other customers present. But she made it into a bigger deal than we hoped. Bottom line, we will NEVER eat from China Park again and we were APPALLED at Amy's unprofessional behavior. If I could give them a negative star, I would. SN: Amy, FYI, we have eaten from dozens of Chinese Food restaurants and we have yet to have...
