Stone Cabin Coffee and Cheesecake Company — Restaurant in Winter Haven

The Cheesecake is always amazing. My husband and I, try a new cheesecake recipe every time we come in. The only thing I have to say that I don’t like is the customer service. I went in last night around 4pm and I did a call ahead to reserve 2 slices of the new holiday nutty butter cheesecake and walking in only 4 customers inside sitting. I walked up to the register and stood there for a good 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. The lady behind the counter was extremely slow and has no customer service attitude. She was making coffee and would walk out to the table and place each cup one at a time and then getting the cheesecake out the case took her awhile to do that. It took me 20-25 minutes of standing at the register before she asked me what can I get you? I told her and she looked confused and never prepared my call in order. I told her what I wanted and she even took awhile to get 2 slices out and into a to go container. I’ve been there multiple times and my order was always ready for pick up when I arrived. The past two visits I have been I’ve noticed very slow service and I walked out previously for that reason. Cheesecake 5⭐️ but...

Went here for coffee was glad about the cheesecake but not the purpose of the visit. It seemed like everything we asked for they were out. No Frape, no chocolate milk, no apple juice, it just kept seeming like the list kept growing. That was slightly disappointing. The variety of cheesecake and ultimately the flavor of them is what saved this from being a 1 or 2 star review. Tried the pineapple upside cheesecake it was very tasty. Went back to get the peach cobbler. Paid with a $10 only to be told she didn't have the change? She then asked a co worker(maybe manager or owener) who said I'm glad you told me I forgot and pulled change out of her pocket to fill the register. Not like rolls of coins but odds and ends coin currency. It was strange. With not alot of local coffee shops around they should really take the time to inventory and make sure they have their...

The only reason for 3 stars in service is because the associate helping me was too distracted. They got my wife's slice in the container and they were talking with another associate for a few minutes. When another associate came out from the back with a slice cheesecake with strawberries on, the associate helping me went to grab it and put it in my container. Luckily, the other saw and stopped them. Then they asked what the other flavor was for mine, the other responded "Peanut Butter and Jelly". I got home, had the slices that night...I had peanut butter. The one that helped me was not paying attention. Other than that, the Pina Coloda and Peanut Butter were excellent as always! The cheesecakes are ALWAYS delicious! Don't NOT try this place because of my ONE somewhat negative...
