Honestly they over charge for bad quality and don't even put in the work. You really have tonhave a eye fornthese things.... I went on my day off with a friend. I got deluxe they half the massage time and left off some of the delux package so I didn't get my monies worth. They didn't offer me a drink weren't courteous but offered every other client a drink.

For my nails 💅 they didn't do cuticle clean up or push my cuticles up. When I asked they use the shaving tool and cut my cuticle where it felt like a burn 🔥 🙃 than I asked for a round oval look and they gave me square tip, chunk and didnt shave it and the dip isn't even applied smoothly it's bumpy and some areas aren't filled... just bad service.

My friend even had a picture to show them how she wanted the tip of her nails and they just did square and not even... I don't recommend going here 😕 for quality or even say there's a deal... it's only been 1 day and they look like their about to pop off this was rushed and bad quality.

Not exactly what I was expecting after reading the reviews… in the reviews the pictures look like they do designs ( they don’t ) instead I was offered stickers. When I selected the stickers there was no moving them around the nails nothing I just got the sticker dead center in the nail. Eventually I asked her to take them off because it looked like a 5 year old put stickers all over my nails. All my nails are uneven, some are longer some are more round than the other ones. My wax lasted around 2 minutes because she stopped doing someone else’s nails even though I asked for the wax before they even got there. The entire experience was just disappointing. The BEST nails in all of the US! I live in Calif. Whenever I get to the Orlando/Winter Park area I always set aside time for Li. Her knowledge, professionalism, artistry and personality make it worthwhile. I saw Li on 12/26 and needed! work….I got a full set of tips and Li suggested I try the dipping powder. It was my first time with this process. She not only made my hands look beautiful, I sit here on 1/20 and all my nails are intact and as beautiful as the day I walked out of the salon! I have tried to convince her to move to Calif. but no luck so I will continue to fly to Florida to see this amazing manicurist. Highly highly...
