Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Winter Park

Excellent Pizza; I just wish the owner of this Pizza Hut location would realize the opportunity he or she has to grow this location. Corporate promotes the Pizza Hut's deals all the time on Television, Press, and Radio; so how do you expect only 2 people working to fulfill what corporate pushes and keep the customers happy? Because in reality, customers (like yourself--corporate) are what bring your paychecks home to your kids, your spouse, your parents, ext.. So you just have to realize it is just like the economy, if you only have one or two people trying to handle 10 orders, then people complain, customers do not return anymore, money stops flowing, and your business shuts down (maybe not right at this moment), but that store will. So, if you promote something, then you need to fill the needs in other places as well and keep the economy moving as well. But, overall service was awesome, great staff (the one guy that was doing the cooking, taking my order, taking my cash, answering the phone, and opening the door for the shipment that was coming in after he was finished...

So because of my experience on July 1st the system did not allow me to write a new review so I am editing my previous review. I love this Pizza Hut but I would have to say this would be my last time at this location. I had a delivery twice in one day the first delivery was perfect the second delivery my pizza was left on the ground I have an issue with that being that it's food and I'm pretty sure no one would want to get their food off the ground although it's in a box it's still not sanitary. I was unable to say anything to him because by the time I came to the door he was already getting in his car. Yesterday I ordered what I normally get this time I wanted garlic crust instead of them telling me that they did not honor my request they put Garlic Sauce in the Box as minor as that is being able to listen to a customer is important to me where I am in customer service and I do not like that practice being that this is not my first issue I would definitely not go back anymore and honestly it taste like dominos...

This is by far the worst service I have ever had. We ordered lunch lunch for our office as a treat and no one could enjoy it because it did not arrive at the anticipated time. It arrived 35 minutes late after most employees had returned to their posts. Secondarily, Pizza Hut does not manage their own deliveries and can give NO information regarding pickup or delivery.

When calling the store to check the status, we were placed on hold for 22 minutes before speaking with their general manager, Robert, who was very rude. He did not offer any solutions. The general manager's name, Amber, was also referenced, but we were not give the opportunity to speak with her nor given a time to call back.

The manager, Robert, stated we were harassing him by merely asking where our pizza was. He terminated the call when we were in mind sentence.

The food arrived cold and was not cooked properly. I would not recommend utilizing this pizza hut for any...
