How many Chinese takeout places do you know that still chop their own fresh vegetables and meats? Not many—but China Master in Winter Park does, and that’s why I keep coming back three times a week.
The new owners have kept the commitment to fresh ingredients, and you can taste the difference in every dish. On top of that, the customer service is excellent. Even when the language barrier makes things a little tricky, they always go the extra mile to make sure you’re happy.
My personal favorites: Kung Pao Chicken, Pork Egg Rolls, Sesame Chicken, Mongolian Beef, and the Salt & Pepper Pork Chop. Every single one is packed with flavor and always cooked fresh.

Read moreThis place was terrible. We payed $45 for our food and we didn't get much food for it. The chicken wings were overcooked and dry some were burnt and they were too hard and dry to eat. The spring rolls at $1.75 a piece were overcooked and super hard. The rice had no flavor. Nothing had any real flavor to it. It all tasted the same. It was a wasted $45 dollars. I am never going back there again. Id rather go to the dollar menu...

My shrimp fried rice had the tiniest little shrimp & there was no flavor (even with soy sauce). My hubby had veggies w/rice & after a few bites gave up on his plate due to it not being fresh. Vegetable spring rolls were good though so at least it wasn’t...
