This is the best service ever. We used them two times in two days. From the airport they were already there when we landed. They gave us instructions where to go. They had a sign for us with my name. Very professional. We then used them the next day for 19 of us. They got there early to make sure we left on time. Very professional. We had Jeff and Ana as our drivers. Very on top of things and again professional. This will be the only car service I will use when I am down here. Highly highly recommend. Also shout out to Jeffrey on the front end who set up my reservation as he was so responsive, so patient with me and all my questions and I tell you I had alot of questions. From the initial point of contact to the last of multiple transfers for our very large group of VIP guests; the experience was professional, friendly, and discreet. Definately 5 stars all around! I was trying to organize a last minute emergency trip with my elderly parents. Between getting flights, securing the house and all the stress that accompanied the quick planning, I had forgotten about getting to the airport. Not only was Orlando World Car Service available at 4am when we needed them, they went the extra mile to accommodate us. We were fortunate that they were available for our trip home.
