I have been wanting a Harry Potter tattoo for a few years but never jumped the gun due to not being in sure if I would be ok with the location. After wearing a temp tattoo I knew I wanted it. I contacted Topher with a clear vision in my mind of what I wanted. He asked me to stop in to talk so he knew exactly what I had envisioned. With a tattoo being a permanent part of your body I wanted to make sure who I picked was not had great skill but that made me feel comfortable. After sitting down and talking through my design I felt more then comfortable and excited not just for the new tattoo but also because he was excited about being to do this tattoo for me. He came back after drawing it out and it was perfect. Exactly the layout I had envisioned. He was great while we placed the stencil. He made sure I was sure and comfortable with the placement while not rushing me and encouraging me to look it over and really make sure it was placed where I wanted it. The amount of detail and thought he put into this piece is on another level. The colors look just like water color and the lines are perfect. After finishing the tattoo he made sure to take the necessary time to go over what to do to help it heal and how to take care of it going forward. I've gone to Topher for eight of my tattoos, some fairly large, and his color and line work are really honestly my favorite tattoos that I have! It is a great experience going in to get tattooed, I have been tattooed by others who I didn't know how to make conversation with, or it just wasnt anywhere near as comfortable- although Topher has a very light and steady hand which is always helpful to make things much easier when getting a tattoo, as well as his general presence in the shop! He is very kind and professional, considers his clients in the means of their comfort during their stay, and holds great conversations as well! Every time I've been tattooed by topher it has been as pleasant as it could have possibly been given the amount of pain in varying locations that one gets tattooed. He is by far my favorite artist in florida, I highly recommend him for tattoos whenever I'm asked about mine, which the ones he's done are the ones I get asked the most- who has done them and where they are located! I stopped into Stand Out Tattoo as a walk-in and couldn’t have been treated better. From the moment I walked in, the whole team made me feel like I’d known them for years. The shop has an awesome, welcoming vibe, and you can tell right away that the artists genuinely care about their work and their clients.

Baltazar was my artist, and he was incredibly professional, easy to talk to, and really took the time to make sure everything came out just right. I had him do a Hai Hai rooster piece because my daughter asked me to, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The detail, color, and personality he captured in the tattoo are amazing it looks even better than I imagined.
