This is the first time we’ve used HoundsTown for services. And the first time we’ve been away from our puppies….We dropped off two puppies, (they are 7 month old sisters from the same litter) on July 3rd. We asked that one of the puppies gets their vitamins every morning . Both puppies had their collars with their name on it. We do not have social media, so we were promised photos and updates via text message and emails since they only provide updates on Facebook. And they do not offer full time camera footage like other pet boarding places do . They also informed us they do not have someone at the location to watch the pets overnight. They just close up and have someone arrive the next morning. We only received those text message updates the first two days. The rest of the entire weekend was no communication or updates. We were out of town and very worried the entire trip because their office hours did not line up with our schedule to call in for updates. We finally picked up the puppies today (July 8th) after the long Independence Day weekend. Upon arriving, the Puppies collars had been switched . The staff did not know which puppy was which. It is evident that they did not give the vitamins to the correct pup. We had asked that one of the pups gets their nail trimmed, and that was not done either. Some of the puppies things are missing. We brought the puppies home by 10 am and they ate as though they were not fed and were hungry ! To top it off, one of the puppies is limping from the hind leg. We requested to speak to a manager numerous times, but we are still yet to hear from the manager. We are extremely disappointed with the services provided. We were charged full price and no one is willing or available to rectify the situation or to give a well-deserved explanation as to what happened throughout my Puppies...

We absolutely love Hounds Town Winter Park! From the moment we walked in, the entire staff made us and our sweet pitty, Sunny, feel completely at home. It’s so refreshing to find a place that doesn’t breed discriminate — instead, they welcomed him with open arms and genuine smiles. Nicole was incredible — she took special care of our boy and made sure he felt comfortable and loved from the very start. Even Paige, the owner, personally reached out to ensure Sunny’s first day was a special one. That level of care and attention says everything about how much they truly value their clients (both human and furry!).

The facility itself is spotless — clean, organized, and thoughtfully designed. You can tell they’re intentional with every detail, from the décor to the layout. Since it’s Halloween, the whole place is decked out with festive decorations, and they even had treats for the humans — such a fun touch!

Customer service is top-notch and incredibly responsive. Every question was answered quickly, and it’s clear they go above and beyond for every customer.

We also want to give a shoutout to the Hounds Town Sanford location — another amazing team that shares the same warmth, professionalism, and genuine love for dogs.

If you’re looking for a place where your pup will be treated like family, Hounds Town Winter Park (and Sanford!) is it. Couldn’t recommend...

I was looking for a doggy day care this morning for my Binky. The one we usually go to was closed today. I called a few and was told if it was my dogs first time they wouldn't take her. I had called Hounds Town first and it went to voicemail. I didn't leave a message. After all the rejections I had reserved myself to the fact that my dog would have to stay home all day alone. The phone rang and Hounds Town called me back. Not only did they accept my dog. They told me that today was FREE!!! WOW! PRAISE GOD! When I arrived Libby was so kind. She told me they needed to do an aggression test to see how well she would interact with other dogs. The guy working with said he would get Onyx. I said Onyx? Is his owners name Walker? It turned out that it was indeed the same dog. Onyx and Binky play together in our complex dog park and know each other. Onyx came out and was all over Binky! I was convinced I was in the right place. Do I recommend this place? Absolutely 💯! The staff are all great. My dog had a great time. They post pics on FB so you can see how your dog is doing.
