I had a great experience at Water’s Furniture. I purchased a custom sectional sofa from another store and had a bad experience. The sales associates at the other business were extremely unprofessional and argued in front of me. They ordered the wrong sectional and I had to send it back. I went to Waters and explained my situation. They gave me a loaner sofa and had it immediately delivered to my house. I also ordered a new sectional and Brent was extremely helpful! He helped me pick out beautiful fabric and I got a very nice sectional for an extremely reasonable price. It did take several months to get my sectional but it was not Waters fault. Due to Covid and shortage of materials, it did take time but Brent was very kind and kept in constant contact with me with updates. Matt was also extremely nice and helpful as well.
