I just wanted to say what a great experience I had at ZAXX yesterday. (10-24-2016) My experience was with Liz. First of all when folks enter, she immediately greets them, in a warm and friendly way. Invaluable for a business. Missed by so many businesses. First impression. Since my Mac couldn't be immediately fixed, I left it there and returned a few hours later...she had worked her magic. Went in looking for a custom built PC . Price was good and I am extremely happy with it. any problems or questions were quickly taken care of, mostly windows stuff. My wife was having trouble with her lap top ( other places said up to $800.oo for repair) Dylan looked at it 1n 5 min. he had it fixed no charge. So nice to see real customer service...

My iMac needed a part that was so expensive new, Ed installed a refurbished part. The refurbished part failed, a first in Ed's experience. Ed added a program to reduce the chances of future failures and to protect my computer. I will return to Zaxx with any...
